This beautiful home in the heart of Scottsdale features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large Arizona room. The entertainers dream backyard overlooks the canal with walking paths and views of Camelback Mountain as well as a Hot Tub for Guest use. This home comes with citrus trees, a fire pit, fireplace, and so much more. The kitchen features white cabinetry, granite counter tops, and a breakfast area. The location of this private lot can`t be beat with a 3 mile drive to Old TownScottsdale.

This listing is for the entire home, including the fenced in backyard with patio area and Hot Tub. It is a quiet, peaceful backyard, perfect for a relaxing visit! GATHERINGS AND PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please only book this home if you will respect the quiet neighborhood.



The home is 1700 square feet updated in a modern style and new furnishings. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 2 cars. 



(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)



The home will comfortably sleep 8 as there are 4 separate sleeping areas.

- Master suite with king-size bed and attached full bathroom

- Two private bedrooms with queen-size beds

- Front living area with full size sofa bed 



There are 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked laundry room, as well as a large kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes needed to cook homemade meals during your stay. Coffee and tea are waiting in the cabinets to help get you moving each morning. 



The home has wireless internet and HDTV w/ cable.   



*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!



When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.



LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.



Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Lake Pleasant is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events



If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.



Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).



OTHER NOTES:

*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.

*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.

*Landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard

The house is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fine. Guests are responsible for picking up any exterior waste they create including evidence of smoking. Additional cleaning fees may be charged. Evidence of Marijuana left in the home will also result in a $250 fine.



This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $350, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.

Getting Around:

We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 10-20 minutes to many popular destinations.

Feel free to ask about distances, and I`ll let you know average drive times.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning

    My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The home was centrally located to everything we did in Scottsdale. Very clean and comfortable, in a very quite neighborhood, and we especially loved relaxing in the hot tub at sunset.

    This is such a beautiful house we didn’t even want to leave it to explore Scottsdale! Jon was very nice and helped up with anything we needed. Short Uber rides to anywhere you want to go in Scottsdale. 10/10!

    Kitchen well equipped (Keurig). Parking was ample. Citrus trees smelled fabulous. Location close to old town. Clean.

    The house was very clean and convenient to pretty much anything you might want to do. Couple of maintenance issues, the dishwasher wasn’t connected to the counter and would fall over when opened. The lower cupboards in the kitchen and master bath were really old and kind of gross. Might want to update those. There was daily construction next door as the house was being totally renovated, consequently, we were up by 7:30 am most days. Finally, the owners left out bird seed and feeding the birds made for a messy situation.

    Hot tub is great and house is an easy stroll along the canal to Old Town (about 30-35 minutes). Clean, plenty of towels, well decorated, and property managers were in constant contact. Thank you for a great stay!
