Tranquil Oasis in the Clouds

The home was nice and clean! The host responded quickly to my questions.

The stay itself was fine. Nice neighborhood and all. The removal of shoes throughout the house was an annoyance. The home was nicely furnished and beds were comfortable. Overall I give it 4 stars.

The place was clean and comfortable. Nice and close to down town in a quiet neighborhood. Host was clear and timely on all communication.

This was a perfect place to hang with our family in between baseball tournament games. The living room with the large couch was our main draw, so we had space to hang with local family while here. The beds were comfortable, great spaces overall.

I loved this stay! everything was clean and Theo (our host) made sure everything felt like home!

The interior was exactly as presented and very comfortable. The host was too concerned about guests removing shoes upon entry, sent incomplete check in check out information and did not disclose entry information until 1:09 the day of check in that began at 3:00. This caused unnecessary stress. I have used VRBO for over 15 years all over Europe, Canada and US. This was by far my worst experience with a host who wouldn’t share check in instructions until just before we arrived. The location, house and stay were good- the host was too intense for me. I felt like I may have booked with a scam listing which was totally unnecessary. I also did not appreciate the host requiring guests to remove shoes. Why list a rental that you want guests to walk around on eggshells for fear of doing something outside of the house rules and not disclose that rule until the week of the trip. I would not have selected this property had I known all the rules. The WiFi was not listed in the book. Parking was not fully explained. The house appeared to be a single dwelling not a duplex in a development. The carpets had top area rugs that do not lay flat and our group ranged in age from 18 to 71. Those need to be addressed because they are hazardous to older adults.

This property was fantastic for a gals' weekend. Mint Hill-Matthews is a very nice area that is very convenient to uptown Charlotte. Location was fantastic and property was clean and comfortable.

We had a Great time at Tranquil Oasis in the Clouds. Beautiful Home , Very Comfortable, Perfect location near Family, The Host Theo was very easy to contact if we needed anything. Will Definitely stay there again.

Tranquil Oasis was a lovely ranch style condo with two beds and two baths. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the area of Charlotte that includes Mint Hill and Matthews. The condo was clean and nicely decorated with what appeared to be new appliances in the kitchen area. The beds were spacious and the kitchen was excellent for food prep. Our only glitch was that the front door lock was not coded properly on our arrival,but Theo was quick to respond, provided us we ith his mater code so we could take our belongings in, and had the code working correctly by tge timecwe returned from dinner. Actually, Theo was very good at responding to any questions we had throughout our stay. I would not hesitate to rent this place in the future. Ine negative tyat is beyond the control of the owner is that there were several very large potholes on the entry road to this condo. Hopefully they will be filled in by the next time someone rents.

It was a cute place very well taken care of.

We came down to Charlotte for a funeral and wanted to stay near the family. This place was right next door to our relatives and it was very good to be that near each other.

Beautiful house, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and neat, and had everything we needed. Any information I needed was sent to me before check-in. And our family had a wonderful weekend.

The office was essentially to my weekend. Was able to finish my exams . But still had the house to step a way. Couch perfect for in between test naps.

My wife and I enjoyed our 6 nights at this property. The neighborhood was tranquil as advertised. Good location. The home was very nicely decorated. Communication was fine, though we had little need to communicate. We would stay there again if coming back to Charlotte.
