Tranquil Haven for Solo Travelers or Couples

I was at the property for less than two hours when I witnessed a rat run from the bathroom into the kitchen. Due to this, I canceled my stay and left immediately. I contacted customer support to request a refund but was told it could not be approved without photo documentation. Given the situation, my priority was leaving the property promptly rather than taking pictures. I found this experience very disappointing and expected better cleanliness standards.

Host was very responsive! VRBO was clean, well air-conditioned, and had everything you may need.

The host and property were great. The A/C was out when I arrived, and the host was wonderful to provide a refund. I will definitely try again another time.

As advertised. It was a tranquil haven.

This was one step above a Motel 6 mainly because you get a kitchen and laundry. Very small, lots of little “issues” around the house that aren’t dealbreakers but add up to wishing I’d paid emore for a better place. For example, the front door is missing weather stripping and sometimes won’t lock/unlock. There was no dishwashing gear (went out to buy soap and sponge). Also, the bed. Think of the perfect, bed for your honeymoon; soft, comfortable, QUIET. Now think of the exact opposite and you have the bed. It’s some cheap metal frame that squeaks insanely loudly at any movement. Sit on the bed, roll over in bed, sneeze in bed, LOOK at the bed and you can hear it outside… Again, none of the “issues” were real problems in themselves, but add a dozen of them and I understand why it was so cheap.

Very cute and nicely decorated 1bdrm! Perfect for one or two guests. I really enjoyed my stay!! Would definitely book this again.

The house is super clean, minimalist modern decor, which I love. Comfy bed. Close to freeway so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. We will stay here whenever we return to WF

The house was the perfect size for my husband and I while in town for a wedding! Very clean and the AC worked FANTASTIC. Property Manager is very sweet and easy to get ahold of.
