Cozy Cottage next to MSU Texas, centrally located!

Communication from the host was exceptional and the house was very cute and comfortable, exactly what my family needed for our trip! The neighborhood is very peaceful so it was a great place to relax and unwind. Would recommend :)

We had a wonderful stay in this absolutely charming home! It will literally have everything you need! I have stayed in dozens of Vrbo's across the country and this one, by far, has been the best! Maria has thought of everything one could possibly need! Fully stocked home. You will not be disappointed!

This house was everything it was advertised to be and more!!! It was very comfortable and well stocked. The check in and check out procedure was super simple. The location was great, in a nice neighborhood yet still close to restaurants, parks, golf, etc. Maria is a super host, communicating everything we needed before we even asked. Maria was the best host we have had! Easy to communicate with and the home was perfect for us. She had a welcome note/snacks and the house had all the essentials which was nice after a long travel day to not have to run right to the store to purchase the basics! Would highly recommend the home if you need a place to stay while visiting the MSU campus area.

I am a repeat customer of Maria's because she goes above and beyond for the above-mentioned traveling needs. She does an outstanding job with communications along with providing a nice comfortable home with amenities that beat the rest. She even provides you with a welcome note and some treats...Thanks Maria! The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and walkable. Neighbors also do a good job controlling their dogs since they are located on both sides of the property. The only time they bark is when they want back in from going potty. Maria's home will always be my go-to when I visit the Wichita Falls area. Thanks again for continued great stays.

Maria was wonderful! She described the home perfectly and it was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware for us to cook meals instead of going out to beat for graduation weekend. Her communication was the best I’ve experienced. We will be looking to rebook any time we are back in the area!

This is the cutest cottage. Great neighborhood. Very clean with easy access. The decor is comfy cozy, appliances new & easy to use, close to campus and base. Many good restaurants within 5 miles. The best feature? The owner! She was prompt with response to questions and super sweet. All future stays in Wichita Falls will be here!
