Welcome to our trail's end cabin! The cabin provides the best of both worlds with the look and feel of a mountain cabin, yet it is complete with every modern amenity like wifi & smart TV. The house sits on over 1 1/2 acre of land that provides plenty of parking and privacy for larger groups
Our 3 bedroom/2 bath cabin is located 1 mile from Unicoi State Park and only 4 miles from Helen, GA. The national forest boundary is literally just outside the door and provides excellent views

Stayed Jul 11, 2025We were in town for a sad family event, but staying at this charming cabin in its beautiful setting helped make the tone for the weekend much brighter! From beginning to end, the entire rental process was very smooth with excellent communication. Everything was exactly as described, and a brief hold-up getting in upon arrival was handled immediately with ease! I may have missed the detail that there is a hot tub on the porch, so we weren't prepared with suits, but that wasn't really an issue. The location is within 5 minutes from Unicoi State Park, and very convenient to Helen (especially if you forget something and have to run back to the cabin to grab it). We slept 6 adults and a 4 year old very comfortably, with plenty of space to eat together and sit/hang out, inside and out (screened porch and deck). We even had a welcoming committee black bear visitor within 30 minutes of arrival - we saw him off the deck just past the tree marking the National Forest - he didn't even seem to notice us as he made his way through. Would absolutely rent again!

Stayed Jun 20, 2022Trail's End was wonderful with plenty of space and quiet. We especially enjoyed the screened porch in the evenings listening to natures sounds. Scott, the host, was great when we had an unexpected situation. He addressed it and had it fixed as soon as possible. We would not hesitate to return to this cabin again. Thank you Scott, great job.
