Stayed Dec 24, 2025A wonderful Christmas on the slopes with our adult children. When not on the slopes, we loved the town. Dinner at Villagios, drinks at the Banq and dancing at the Gin Mill. Kelly's home is a perfect location to everything. It's nicely decorated and very comfortable. We would love to return to Ellicottville and stay in this lovely home.

Stayed Feb 15, 2024We had an excellent stay. The property had all the amenities needed. The kids loved the bunk beds. Parking in town could be problematic at times so it was nice to walk from the property to downtown. I would definitely stay there again.
