Trails Edge Retreat - West Yellowstone Townhome

Incredibly close to the West Entrance of Yellowstone, but largely removed from noise (except tractor trailor trucks idling outside at 6 am). Comfortable, well-stocked townhouse that suited our needs well.

We are a family of 6 and this place was perfect! It had everything we needed! Every bedroom has a TV which was a plus for my kids! Kitchen is really well stocked. Beds were comfy. Super easy parking and check in! I am very, very picky and this place met and exceeded all of my expectations.

Very clean and very close to the Yellowstone entrance.

Host was welcoming, all beds are queen sized and comfortable. Great place to stay for our group.

Property was great. Wish we had scheduled more than three nights. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms very comfortable. New shower downstairs. Just needed instructions using dryer. First laundry load still wet after running it on high. I’d give the place a 10. Hosts very nice to deal with.

The owners are super nice, and provided little helpful extras like a cooler to pack our lunches for the day and bear spray, so we didn’t need to buy that. Being from Ohio, we were surprised that there was no air conditioning, but the evenings are so cool that we just had to open windows and it cooled right off.

Everything was just as advertised. Beds great, place clean, fab location, hosts excellent communicators. Nice to have easy to use and clean grill.not updated an a little dark inside, need more small plates but overall an excellent place to stay in a very expensive small town.

These accommodations were clean and comfortable. It was warm without air conditioning, but fans were plentiful. I would have liked to have had a rail going up the front steps, but otherwise a comfortable place.

Great location to access Yellowstone National Park.

Easy check in, place was just how advertised. West Yellowstone is a nice little town with plenty of restaurants and tourist shops. The west gate to get into the park is super close. Our only issue with the townhouse was the dumpster designated for trash disposal around the corner was completely overflowing with lots of trash strewn all around it. There was nowhere to put the trash from our stay.

The VRBO was nicely appointed. The location is very convenient to anything within West Yellowstone. The only downside to the location is that occasionally truck traffic would start early on Iris Street.

The condo was clean and comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and we had everything we needed. I did miss in the description that there were 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. It worked out okay though.

Everything is great except the park lot is a bit confusing as another unknown car took the two spots.

This was a great place to stay! We would recommend it to anyone visiting Yellowstone. It was spacious, clean, and a short distance from the park.

Excellent location for the Nordic ski trails. Good setup kitchen for cooking. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet, nobody complained about my snoring except my wife. We will be back.

Convenient to Yellowstone, shopping, restaurants, Discovery Center. Has everything required for a comfortable, relaxed vacation.

This is great place to stay close to Yellowstone national park. It is on the edge of town and away from the noise. Love the communication with the hosts. We had a small issue with the lock but was able to call them and it was quickly resolved. I would highly recommend this property.

The townhouse was wonderful and the owners were great. All questions and ideas of places to eat and see were answered immediately. West Yellowstone was a great town and access to Yellowstone was perfect. Thanks for everything!!

Just right for 3 adults and a teen boy to visit YNP. Right on the edge of town, quiet, clean, slept great, and has all the important essentials. Host was responsive and quick to help us get in town quicker when our flight was delayed a day and time was of the essence. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We loved the location and the property. It was tight for a family of 8, but we knew things like seating and dining would be hard anywhere. The property managers were attentive and communicated clearly before, during and after our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was very clean, convenient for Yellowstone Park visits, and great for a family! Ryan and Lisa made it known they were available for anything, but fortunately, we never needed to bother them.

Trails Edge Retreat is a great home base for exploring the Yellowstone area. Clean and comfortable for our varied crew, well appointed for meals at the house before and after our adventures. Ryan and Lisa were great to communicate with throughout the rental process. 100% recommend renting this place if you want to base out of West Yellowstone!

We stayed here while visiting Yellowstone and the house was perfect. Everything was clean, we had plenty of space and Ryan and Lisa made the check in and check out process easy. The location was wonderful, right off the main road and we appreciated the trees and shade they offered when it got warm! We'd happily stay again if we are in the area.

This is a great place to stay in West Yellowstone. It's on a quiet side of town but still a short drive from the park and all the restaurants. The home was roomy and made a great home base.

Unfortunately our trip to Yellowstone only allowed us a two night stay in West Yellowstone. The townhouse was amazing! Spotless when we walked in, all amenities taken care of, quiet street, and only a few blocks from all shopping and restaurants. The beds were great, plenty of space for our family. Perfect access to the park entrance and overall just a great stay.
