Stayed Feb 1, 2026We had a wonderful experience. The host provided excellent communication throughout the process and the house was well stocked beyond our expectations. location to Sunday River ski resort was perfect and we love the layout of the house. My adult children loved the experience and want to repeat it again next year.!

Stayed Nov 26, 2025Really enjoyed our stay. Kat was very responsive and helpful. The home was clean, organized (really appreciate that drawers and switches are labeled!), and comfy. Had all the essentials and some extra touches. Quiet and peaceful location, but convenient to town, etc. Hot tub was a nice touch! Thanks for sharing this lovely space for our quick getaway!

Stayed Oct 11, 2025Our stay was excellent. The property was spotless and was a nice mix of modern and cozy. The space was well thought out and very comfortable. We really enjoyed all the extras and the outside fire pit.We had great communication with Kat the owner. She was proactive with the information she gave us and always responded to our questions quickly.I strongly recommend for anyone wanting to stay at n the area.
