Stanzia 'Villa Ane' is an original typical Istrian two storey villa 2 km from the sea. It spreads on 200 m2 and was built in 1911 but completely refurbished in 2012 and 2013. The house is suitable for up to 6 people who above all cherish privacy and peace and those who like rustic ambiance. The facility is completely built of stone with walls that are more than 70 cm thick and it offers pleasant staying during hot summer months. Stayed Sep 3, 2023We had a very nice stay in the house of Melani and Toni. The garden is a little paradise, which offers a lot of privacy. Within 30 min. drive you are in Pula and a lot of other nice places. The house was very clean and Melani and Toni are great hosts.
