Townhouse-style villa with screened porch & pool access - short walk to beach

Great location

Everything was fine with the small exception of the door and lock to get into the place. Need to address that to make it much easier and shave the door down so that it doesnt stick. Could not tell when it was unlocked as the door stuck so badly due to the moisture swelling the door.

Being on the beach, this location was great. And overall, we were comfortable. Very peaceful and serene. However, we did encounter a few problems. The 10-digit code to enter the property was quite cumbersome. Each time we needed to go back inside, it took us several attempts entering the code before the door would open. On one instance at night, we stood outside for a least 7 minutes trying to open the door. A neighbor walking by mentioned that he and his wife also had trouble opening their door with the code. Also, the unit had a faint musty smell. And although the unit is advertised as being able to accommodate 6, that's a bit of a stretch. Two of the beds are twin beds that would be uncomfortable for a large adult, and two guests would have to sleep on the pullout sofa downstairs, which would only be acceptable if you were paying 100/night or so. Lastly, the request for guests to do light cleaning, along with the unreasonably early 10am checkout time makes this rental a low value for the amount of money we paid.

The condo was extremely clean and well equipped…loved the location. My only complaint was the water pressure in the Master Bathroom was very low. Perhaps a new shower head is needed.

The mariners walk condos are a great spot for families, especially with small children. This particular location was just outside of the kiddie pool (which we loved) and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much every thing you could need (except a blender) and there are lots of games and books to use during your stay. There isn’t much drawer storage space in the primary bedroom and the primary bathroom could also use some more counter and storage space. Primary shower water pressure is very low. Overall a great stay!

We've stayed in this condo several times. It's so nice, and close to the pool and beach.

Great place to stay and location

We arrived around 6:00 pm. Had some issues with the door code. Sent a text explaining the problem and was told how to access a key to the property. After that smooth sailing.The property was clean, had comfortable beds and the area was quiet. The other guests were friendly. We had a wonderful time!

We loved the layout of the condo. Great screened in porch. Would have been nice if screen door worked better. Nice beds. Great location with pool and ocean.

Very clean and beds were comfortable. Very close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. It would be nice to update the coffee maker to a kurig and have at least one recliner in living space. I highly recommend!
