Very good location and host.

Casual, clean, well-equipped. Handwritten signs and labels were a nice homey touch. Long staircase was unexpected but no one had difficulty.

The cleaning fee is too much overharge for cleani g I always leave everything clean

Perfect location, close to Windham ski resort, walking distance to restaurants, good size for 6-8 people, good communication with owner, could be a little bit cleaner and better WiFi. In general excellent deal for the price.

It was very clean and the location was perfect. Right in the middle of a cute ski town.

The communication prior to arrival was good however, when we brought the issue of dirty dishes to her attention it was shrugged off. The unit was not very clean however, the shower is fantastic, the location is perfect, the antique vibe of building is great, and the beds are comfortable. we were there for a wedding and needed to iron our clothes but the unit doesn't have an iron and ironing board. The owner offered a curtain steamer. In the end we borrowed an iron from a super sweet lady that we bought baking from at the local farmers market.

The location of this house is great. As you are on the street that has grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. Beautiful view from the balcony the host and manager were very accommodating and easy to deal with.

Things could’ve been a bit more up to date and tidier in the apt. but it was sufficient. Great location for the town and street shopping n dining. The host was very accommodating.

Very interesting building in a historical area. Perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay again if i had a larger group of people. If your not good with stairs this is not your place. Host was great and easy communication.

Nice place and great little town

BEWARE!! While this property is in an excellent location (steps to restaurants), and the owner is available, it desperately needs a deep clean. We went out and bought cleaning wipes to clean the toilet seats and the grime from the sinks and handles. Moldy shower curtain, grimy coffee maker, fingerprints and smudges on every wall.. just grimy. There's a chair in the bathroom that barely hides the dirtiest floor I have ever seen. I have seen cleaner bathrooms in fraternity houses. Honestly so disappointing. We left after one night and cut our trip short; we just couldn't sleep there again. I've expressed concern to owner and asked for a refund for second night. He said they would have fixed the problem in minutes if we had let him know. This unit needs hours of cleaning; this is not something remedied in minutes. Whatever they are paying their cleaner, it's too much. If you are looking for cot style beds in the living room, dirty floors and smelly showers, this is your place. If not, keep looking.

Check in & checkout and communication super easy. Location is excellent. A/C and hot water great. For 4 guys on a 2 day golf trip it worked fine.

We enjoyed our weekend checking out Windham and other local attractions. The Windham Townhouse is in a superb location in a historic Windham building. Restaurants, stores, bars, and much more is easily accessible. Plenty of parking. We had three cars and there was no problem parking on the street or in the back parking lot. Communication with the owner and manager was excellent. The manager provided a tour and overview of the property plus added some advice for checking out Windham. The directions were clear and manageable. There are plenty of beds. We added two more people a day before arriving. This place had plenty of beds for at least 8 people. The upstairs room has room for 5 people plus a bathroom. The double beds are on the floor. The other bedroom is actually combined with the living room, dinning area and kitchen. An L shaped set up that works, but really is not a separate bedroom. We found the property to be in need of some deep cleaning, some painting and typical maintenance. Dishes were dirty. Visible dust and cobwebs in assorted areas around the property.

We had fun. Great to see family. Will rent again. Great hosts

The unit was great for us. One big bedroom (with bath), 2nd bath and living room with lots of beds everywhere. (We slept 4 adults in 3 beds.)Decidedly non-corporate, but very clean with everything we needed. Hosts were very helpful.

Loved the location right downtown close to restaurants and a quick drive to the mountain. Lots of space in a unique old building. Would absolutely stay here again.

I would totally recommend! It was a very practical apartment. I stayed with my spouse and my parents. The location was great, the manager was very arranging with the check-in time, and we really appreciated that we had two floors and two full bathrooms, one for my parents, and one for me and my spouse. Wish we had stayed longer to take advantage of the nice balcony
