Townhouse for Blois.

We arrived very late as our flight was delayed and then we were stuck in Paris traffic. Lawrence was very kind to keep a parking spot for us next to the rental apartment so it would be easier for us to unload our luggage. When we asked him if there are any supermarkets open to buy some food for late dinner Lawrence said that supermarket was already closed then, to our surprise, he brought us some food from his house so we could have dinner! On the day when we were leaving Lawrence told us we could leave anytime instead of by 10am. Lawrence is just an amazing host and we can’t recommend him enough! On a separate note, his Appartment was very clean and in good condition!

What a wonderful place to jumpstart your Loire Valley travel! This townhouse is close to over a hundred amazing destinations and within a short walk of excellent restaurants, boulangeries, and the Loire river itself. The rooms also had skylights that highlighted the Bastille Day fireworks and made for a relaxing place to stay after a long day of sight seeing. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

The apartment was exactly right for our family; teenage daughter travelling with her parents. It was very clean and comfortable. It was well equipped with everything that we needed to prepare simple meals and relax after a day of sight seeing. Our host was very pleasant and helpful and has the apartment outfitted with lots of brochures and great maps to use to help navigating. The apartment was very well located; 5 minutes walk to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. and 10 minutes to the centre of Blois. Blois is a lovely town and centrally located, which made very convenient for driving to the other towns. Highly recommended!

We are a family of four adults and found this accommodation excellent. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available to us. The townhouse was very clean, and the owners were helpful and personable. Parking was available on the street free of charge. The location was excellent with a supermarket and bakery just a short walk and a 10 minute walk over the bridge to the centre of town.

We was 3 adults visited Chateaux de Loire for 3 days. Took this apartment for 2 nights. Owners are friendly, they leave in the house next to this apartments. Apartments are in the good condition. Location is in 10 minutes from the center of Blois, other side of river from Castle. Many other castles within 30-60 min by car. There is supermarket 7 min walking distance. It was easy to find parking for car on the same street, free or charge.
