Charming village house, located in Villafranca in the east of the island.



This house has been recently renovated in a Mallorcan style, with local materials, it is an ideal property to enjoy with the family the most beautiful time of the year.

The house is distributed over two floors, it has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is also a playroom with large windows overlooking the terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned.



Outside, you have a magnificent Saltwater swimming pool and a barbecue at your disposal.



We have fiber optics with high speed Internet to be able to telework (100 megabytes). It is a sustainable house: it is isolated, has aerotermia, solar panels, recycling and composting. It is worth mentioning that the holiday home has a charging station for electric cars.







Important notice



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Vilafranca de Bonany is a tranquil, authentic village in the centre of Mallorca. In just a few steps you can reach the village centre with some basic services such as a grocery shop, a few good restaurants and cafés. In Manacor or Sineu you will find larger supermarkets, more restaurants and shopping.

A trip to Palma de Mallorca with its famous cathedral, museums and great gastronomic offer is highly recommended.

Those who like to spend time on the beach will find many beautiful bays and beaches in Cales de Mallorca, Cala Santanyi or the tourist coastal town of Cala Millor. The renowned museum of the famous tennis idol Rafa Nadal is only 10 km away. The airport is a 40-minute drive away.

    There was nothing missing. Very clean. Furnished with love and taste.Very nice owners.Service from the very finest one there was something right by the pool the problem was eliminated in two hours is really mega.
