Stayed Aug 2, 2025This was the best place I ever stayed on Cape Cod. The house was so clean and steps away from the beach and pool. The drive to the restaurants and the boats to the islands was 5min away. Quiet community and parking was good. We had a blast

Stayed Jul 2, 2024We had a very good long stay at this property. It is very centrally located in Hyannis and next to the yacht club, public beach and walkable to town. The owners were very responsive and helpful with the few issues that we experienced. The property was clean and very comfortable. It does have multiple stairs to the bedrooms and upper levels but this also allows for privacy. Overall a very workable and worthwhile property.
