The main house, measuring 85 m² and accommodating 4/5 people, comprises a living room, an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom (double bed), a veranda opening onto the garden, a shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine and another bedroom (double bed). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, veranda, garden furniture, barbecue, and parasol. There is an enclosed garden at the rear of thehouse.

The smaller cottage, approximately 21 m², is furnished for 2 people and includes a living room, a separate kitchen, a mezzanine bedroom (double bed), and a shower room/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and coffee maker. Amenities include a flat-screen TV. There is a separate enclosed garden with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol. Pets are not allowed.

PAYABLE upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €600 for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax.
OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: sheets €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week, set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of two bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week.

- Cleaning: €150.
The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
