Stayed Jul 4, 2025Our family has been fortunate enough to have traveled all over the world. This property was honestly one of the cleanest and well-appointed places we have ever stayed. It was easy to check in, and there was a local property manager that facilitated any issues we had. Would recommend this property over any of the local hotels and we will stay again next time!

Stayed Nov 22, 2024Go ahead and book this! We’re so glad we did! This townhome is beautifully decorated, has great mattresses and the softest linens. It is well stocked and ready for families of all ages. The location is convenient to the UF campus but just far enough away to escape the crowds. Shopping is close by. We had excellent communication from the rental representative.
