Townhome, Pool, 1.5m to Beach, Close to Shops & Trail

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and inviting, and had everything we needed. We loved hanging out on the screened-in porch each morning. The location was very convenient to downtown Rehoboth. The service road that bypassed the route 1 traffic was a nice surprise and made it super quick and easy to get to where we needed to be. The owners were great and very responsive, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owners were very responsive and gave great local recommendations—our daughter especially loved Gordon’s Pond and the water park. Everything was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our family vacation to Rehoboth! John and Shane were accommodating, informative, and communicative throughout our entire experience. Their place is beautiful, well-stocked, immaculate, and centrally located. We were able to truly relax during our time away because we didn't have to worry about any details. One of our favorite parts of our stay was being able to use the gorgeous pool each and every day, it was stunning. This is our go to vacation spot! We have been coming here for the past three years and they never disappoint! The house is always clean and in wonderful condition. John is so welcoming and responsive to all communications. The community is quiet and friendly and the pool is wonderful to relax after a day of shopping or the beach. Just the perfect vacation spot!!

The property was just as advertised. Checking in was easy and the neighborhood is perfect for a beach week. You are close enough to miss traffic getting down to the main boardwalk but just far enough to have some quiet. We had 5 adults and 2 kids. The house was perfect for family vacation and the owners were very responsive. You have to wash towels before check out and bring sheets which were the only inconvenience but minor when staying in such nice accomodations. I would recommend this for a stay.

Very nice overall. Good value. Spacious, clean nice pool, well stocked kitchen. Too close to loud, busy Route 1 though. Traffic was a problem. I’d try for something closer to the beach next time.

The property was very clean and in a great location. John and Shane were responsive, and provided clear and helpful information about check in and check out. We also liked they keep the place at a comfortable temperature. We've had experiences with prior VRBO rentals where the owner kept it too hot, and would not let us adjust the thermostat. Overall, a great experience!

This home was IMMACULATE. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is very well stocked with everything you may need … and more. We were 2 families of 4 and had plenty of room. John was very responsive from the beginning, and honestly we didn’t have to ask any questions during our stay because he gives you all the info up front. Pool/hot tub was also a great amenity. The townhome complex is located near so many things (beach, boardwalk, grocery, water park, shops, restaurants). Everything you may need is a short walk or drive away. At the same time the location of this unit was still very quiet and secluded. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Beautiful home. Thank you !

Great location, beautiful townhouse, owners are wonderful and easy to get ahold of. This was our second year staying here. Everything was just as clean and well kept as the first time!! This has definitely become our go to vacation rental!

Very comfortable home in a great location in Rehoboth! We were two families with teens/tweens. The home is very nicely furnished. Convenient to outlets, restaurants, grocery and drug stores. A very short drive to the boardwalk area and some of our group walked. The pool was a nice change of pace from the beach. The owners had great communication and provided clear instructions.
