This townhouse is absolutely fantastic in every way, as are the owners (who live next door). I feel that we won the lottery. The bedrooms are quiet and they each have their own bathrooms. The living room/dining room is spacious and inviting, with beautiful views all around. You cannot do better!!!

John and Patsy were very responsive to all of our questions, both before and during our visit. Super fast replies. The property is very clean. We did comment to John that the living room TV was pretty small, but it is difficult to figure out where to put a larger TV. I believe he is going to put in a larger one in the property soon.

We were very happy with all aspects of our stay and would highly recommend this property.

perfect location and amenities. The house was as listing described and it was nice to have the kitchen fully stocked with all normal cooking utinsils, appliances, and spices so truly living in the space was like a home away from home. Location can't be beat and in mellow times we enjoyed sitting on the comfy couches and using the puzzles provided.

Delightful! Wonderful deck off the ground floor bedroom. Always cool and comfortable. Even has Chinese lanterns that light up at night. Good grill. Great location. Walk to dinner in town or baldie. Signed On for our fourth summer. Patsy and John are the best people!

We had an excellent stay! The home was spacious and well laid out, making it perfect for our family. Everything was spotless, and the location was central to all things Ketchum and Sun Valley. John and Patsy were kind and responsive hosts and made sure we had everything we needed.

Such a beautiful townhome and feels more like a house! Completely stocked with the best sheets and bedding and can easily cook many meals in the fully stocked kitchen! Location is the best with a quick walk to town and the trail just outside the door. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! Quiet little street, close to everything. We loved the walking path behind the townhome and had a lot of fun walking around the neighborhood. Very spacious rental, with high ceilings and lots of light. Owners were very responsive and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was our family’s third stay at this terrific property, and we were impressed again at how clean and well-maintained it is. The location is excellent—a lovely house on a quiet street just a short walk from downtown. It snowed almost every day, and we were most appreciative of the owner promptly clearing the snow from the driveway and sidewalk. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, and the large dining area and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) were perfect gathering spaces for our group of six. The upstairs has large windows and lovely views of the mountains. The owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice spacious home close to town and skiing. Red route bus available a few steps from doorway. Owners provided everything we needed.

This rental was very clean, our group consisted of 2 singles and one couple, we each had our own bathroom. Having the mud was great and chairs to sit on while putting on and taking of ski boots. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking

We had a wonderful time staying here for the second time. It’s so cozy and welcoming. Perfect for our multi generational family.

We appreciated the hosts easy communication and easy access to the property. Location is perfect! The house is accurately described. Kitchen well stocked. Love the brightness of the upstairs living/kitchen area. My only suggestion would be update the shower heads and caulking around the guest bathroom sink. Thanks for a great stay.

I came to Ketchum with friends for a little mountain biking trip. The garage was clean and spacious for storing and working on the bikes. The house is within walking distance of downtown Ketchum for ease of going out in the evening. The house itself is bright and clean and served us well

This is a lovely home and we were so pleased with the all the little touches in the home.

We stayed at this lovely townhouse in west ketchum for most of the summer. The house is well appointed - including beautiful sheets, cozy comforters and even a choice of pillows. The bathrooms are spacious with good towels. The master bedroom and one guest room is on the ground floor, making for really good sleeps. Off the bedroom is a lovely deck with a beautiful garden. Upstairs - LR is very comfortable, well appointed kitchen. Lots of light upstairs - views of Baldy on one side and Boulder Mts off the upstairs deck (with a grill). The location is perfect - getting to town is just a 5-10 minute walk and it's less than a mile to the ski mountain. Bike trail is a stone's throw away. Finally, the owners are most accommodating, always available to answer any questions and their resident dog, Beau, is handsome, wise and doesn't bark - which is to say the owners and dog are perfect neighbors.

This is our 3rd time here, wonderful as usual! Brought kids and grandkids, first time for them in Ketchum.
