We arrived to find the boiler making a terribly loud noise. A property manager was there and she stated it needed water. We left and went to town and returned a few hours later, and no repairs were made. I contacted the 800 number and got a call back a few hours later from a local rep who stated they would move us bc the house was at 60 degrees. By 10:00 pm, it was clear they were not planning on doing anything. When I woke up the next morning, it was 56 degrees in the loft area and no levels were warmer than 60. We were headed out to ski, so we all wanted hot showers to warm up. Then we realized the water heater did nit function. The hot outlet was freezing. I again called the 800 number and was told the local team would be in touch.I spent the better part of my day texting with the bot and calling unsympathetic vacasa employees. Finally around 5:00 Pm they stated we had another property, but this one was 2 bedrooms and not 4 like I had booked. My family was forced to split up and my brothers had to rent a hotel for 4 nights at 2k. We had no car, and they made no efforts to assist us in the move across town away from the Gondola and the great location I rented. So my children and I lugged all of our stuff down Pacific to the far end of town. The new place was much cheaper per night, so I knew I was due a refund. After multiple days of calls with managers, I was finally able to recoup some of the money owed. They even made me pay for the one freezing night at a little over 1k

Loved the townhome, but it had a few quirks, the positives far outweigh the negatives. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom/shower and the shower was better than any I've ever experienced in a hotel, everyone loved their bathrooms. When we booked, it was advertised as having an elevator, sometime between then and when we arrived it was replaced with a ladder to the fourth bedroom. I saw pictures of the ladder and emailed Vacasa to confirm ladder or elevator and they confirmed elevator (wrong). What we loved: Every bedroom has it's own bathroom with shower. The showers were amazing, never had such great water pressure in any hotel/house I've stayed in and everyone loved their privacy. Location- heart of Telluride, you can't go wrong with that.

Nice property and location. Could use some gentle maintenance (handle for garbage cabinet detached), couldn’t find the light switch to the upstairs bathroom, bathrooms could have used waste bins). Property management was very responsive to inquiries via text/chat. Overall, a very nice experience.

We’ve rented up and down W. Pacific for years and just love this place. It is set back off the street so it is quiet. Way less street chatter and traffic noise. The views of the gondola from the living room and porch are amazing and the finish out is so well thought out. Not a detail missed. The kids loved the privacy of their own hide out on the 4th floor. We will be back!

The house was super cool and was a great fit for our family. However after the second night the elevator quit working and we had to go thru neighbors balcony door to get out which put us out one bedroom and bath. The last day the ice make in the fridge quit working

Overall we loved this house! There are a lot of stairs so we did need to rent a gate but the kids slept way downstairs and couldn’t hear us in the living space. Could use a few upgrades, but beds are really comfy! Kitchen is well equipped, could use some new pans and the oven was broken at first, but it’s generally well equipped. The elevator was a huge hit with the kids and the extra space up there was great for our nanny. Steam shower is great in main floor bathroom and we had plenty of towels. Wifi is great in living room, and ok in the rest of the house. I almost broke my toe getting the heavy door out to reset the modem so be careful. Vacasa team was semi-responsive, service wasn’t over the top, but they did respond eventually. Thanks for the great stay!
