Stayed May 13, 2025The property is a in great location, especially for the new Epic Univese park. The layout was perfect for our group of 5 adults. The host was always prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. Would recommend!

Stayed Jun 26, 2024Needed a place to stay and relax (one family member was having a medical procedure nearby). House was nice, comfortable, could accommodate a large family/friend group. Perfect for what we needed. Very close to Universal although we did not do any parks this trip.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024Pros: Nice condo, nice neighborhood, very close to the Hilton where our event was. Good communication with host. reasonable price. Well decorated. Cons: kitchen ants and minor repairs. downstairs bathroom has NO lock. downstairs bedroom lock does not hold. Electrical outlet in downstairs bedroom is faulty. sheetrock repair in downstairs bathroom was poorly done. Dishwasher is NOT secured to cabinet and falls out partially when the door is open and the trays are slid out (just an annoyance) Overall: we would stay there again. Pleasant stay.

Stayed May 3, 2024Nice area, clean, pretty quiet resort, easy access. Really nice having a ground level bedroom as one of our family needs handicap accessibility.
