Very clean place, close to the restaurants in Duck! Great for a weekend stay!
Place was very nice. For the most part it was a clean space, linens and towels were clean. Only few negatives, the area rugs in living room/dining area were flipped up in the corner and could be a tripping hazard. And it appeared the master bathroom was not cleaned prior to us checking in. By choice, since our time there was limited due obligations, we did not notify anyone. Also, the blinds were missing some hanging slats and didn’t operate properly on some doors. This was inconvenient from a privacy standpoint. With that said, I wouldn’t hesitate recommending or staying there again! (Lastly, it would have been helpful to have instructions on how to work the living room TV. There was 3 remotes, one had no batteries).
Good size unit with a great Duck location
Lots of issues, mostly minor. Some were taking care of almost immediately by the property manager Vacasa, but others were more irritating. For example, although this is a beach type property, there were no beach towels, no beach chairs or umbrellas, and no cart to carry any beach stuff to the beach. From a safety standpoint, there was no way to deadbolt the door from the inside other than the code activated door lock, which presumably has the same code for all guests and could be open from the outside. It was a pretty basic property that was missing a lot of the little amenities that make a difference, which we did not expect at that price point. We are neither snobs no slobs, but this property left much to be desired.
Loved the decor and that sheets and towels were provided as well as basic paper products etc.
Was having issue with property. Called online number several times with no answer to our questions. We finally fiqured it ourselves after several days. We were statibg at the property fir 10 days
The townhome was immaculate upon arrival. And it’s clear the new owners have done a lot of renovation (new floors). The furniture is actually high quality. Great location to town of Duck. You should rent bikes to get around. Kitchen was well stocked with everything. Sheets/linens were great. We will definitely be back!
Location is great. The prior tenant left full trash bags and the property manager never picked them up after multiple attempts. Other than the experience was fine.
