Town of South Bethany canal-front home with dock & decks - two blocks to beach

We enjoyed this wonderful property for our beach vacation. Location was perfect and the house was very clean and well kept. We will be back and highly recommend.

This home was clean, and very spacious, just what we needed for our family vacation with 6 children and 4 adults. Very close the the beach, just to walk across route 1, the outdoor shower was perfect when we returned. There were plenty of linens and towels for all guests. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Everything was very nice; plenty of room for everyone and a great location convenient to the beach and to all activities. The house needs some attention. The pull out sofa is broken and not a comfortable place for sitting although there is a sign that says: Please do not open. The outdoor grill only worked on one side...problematic for our group of 10. The floor of the middle floor screened porch fills with water after rain. We could not use it as there was no way to drain the water and we had rain several times (luckily only during the night). The kitchen was well equipped, the parking permits a nice perk and the beds were very comfortable. New appliances are great.

We got pretty used to slightly run down beach houses in our years of renting, even at this price point. This house sparkles, largely due to the fact that it is brand new! Amazing location, best of both worlds: 9 houses to the beach (yes you need to cross 1, but there are cross walks and everyone stops, we have 3 kids 7, 5, and 1, it was no big deal) and then the canal where you can catch crabs, drop a boat in if you have one, and watch the sunset. We really loved this house and already booked for next year.

This beautiful home had everything we needed for our families to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. Lots of beautiful outdoor (watch the sunset over the canal from the deck) and indoor spaces (watch a movie or play a round of cards at the big table) to gather, and private spaces to sleep or chill. The walk to the beach was just 5 minutes— and the addition of beach chairs and a cart were very helpful for carrying stuff for kids. It is also a quick bike ride to town. The home is brand new— and looks it! We would stay here again!

House was within walking distance of beach. It was brand new. The kitchen was well equipped except needed salt and pepper shakers. Would have also liked an old fashioned broom. Didn’t like having the master bedroom next to the living room/kitchen area. The large television with the sound bar was disturbing at times. Also lots of steps. We had 4 over70 seniors in our party who would have liked a house with fewer steps/. Not a problem for the younger people. My son really liked being right on the bay as he had two kayaks and went fishing and crabbing every day. House came with linens. There was an ample supply of bed linens and towels. We needed maintenance once and service was very prompt. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Well located and well equipped. House was roomy and plenty of space to hang out. Beautifully located on the bay, and also closed to the beach.
