Enjoy an unbeatable location less than .25 miles from Coastal Highway for outlet shopping, thrifting, restaurants, and entertainment. You will be about a mile from downtown Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk and close to fantastic attractions, including Jungle Jim's, Gordons Pond State Park Area, The Lewes Historical Society Main Campus, Delaware Seashore State Park, Milton Theatre, and Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge.
The first floor is set up like a game room with a Ping-Pong table, cornhole, and a TV - spend entertaining evenings challenging your friends to Ping-Pong matches, playing cards, or simply lounging and planning your next adventures. You can also find a mini-fridge to store your beverages and snacks, two bedrooms, and two adult bikes. The bedrooms on this floor have vents for air-conditioning and heat, but the living area is cooled and heated by portable units. The garage door can be opened to access the outside for setting up games and beach chairs (four provided).
The second floor boasts a spacious open floor plan with high ceilings. Spread out comfortably in the living room, equipped with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming services. The high-speed WiFi will make streaming a breeze! When mealtime comes, channel your inner chef and surprise your group with a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. You can find two additional bedrooms on this level.

Streaming with your own accounts only. There is no cable TV.
One Rehoboth Beach parking permit is included with the rental. A fee of $300 will be assessed for lost or stolen permits.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
