Just a 3 mile drive to the boardwalk, a 1 mile bike ride to the trails that take you everywhere you need to go from Rehoboth Beach to Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park and more. . Close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants and so much more, yet, secluded in a quiet neighborhood. On the first floor is a large living/family room, eat in kitchen and laundry plus 3 bedrooms and a small rear deck. The mainbedroom has a full, private bath with shower and soaking tub, plus a double vanity. The two other bedrooms share the other full bath. The 4th bedroom is upstairs where you'll go through an unfinished area to get to it. This bedroom has 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed.
