    Can’t beat the location. A block from the beach and boardwalk. The house had a great lanai and did have furniture on the rooftop. It was great having an outside shower. Although the back was a bit messy with loose pine needles, etc. Parking was misleading since the description says 4-5 cars but you can only park 2 in the main driveway. Ultimately, we were given permission to park behind the gates which can accommodate like 4 vehicles. The electric tripped in the downstairs but maintenance was reached and they fixed it within a few hours. Some minor mentionables, old beach houses have their issues, like the floors were warped, cracks in some places, there was a mildewy smell in the bathrooms. A larger vacuum would have been nice and some extra complimentary items like extra toilet paper, tissues, extra garbage bags, hand soap in all bathrooms. Extra blankets and pillows would have also made the stay a bit more comfortable. Tons of dishes, silverware, coffee cups. Pretty much bare minimum as far as rental homes but a decent house and again, can’t beat the location.

    The house was nicely located and central to a lot of the fun/activities of Rehoboth. There were a couple of nights that weren’t super quiet though so if rest and peace are the goal this isn’t the place. My biggest problems were with the floors. The floors throughout the house are VERY slanted in some places and the flooring is coming up in certain areas of the kitchen especially. You could roll a marble from one side of the house and it would shoot to the other. There are also a lot of small steps throughout the place that many people tripped over. It was especially a problem for older folks. Overall I wouldn’t recommend coming to the house unless the person was made aware of those things and was ok with it. I think my money is better spent elsewhere in the future.

    This house has everything you need. It's clean, bedrooms are comfortable, HVAC works okay, and the kitchen is well equipped. Wrap-around patio was amazing out front. Driveway can hold 3 cars. Rooftop patio is nice, but without patio furniture, we didn't ultimately use it. There is an EV charger port...but not an EV charger, which is kind of ridiculous. A standard 120 volt outlet outside is also available. When we arrived and while we there, 2 separate electrical circuits tripped, causing the breaker in the electrical panel having to be opened up and reset. The circuits didn't actually trip in the panel, but needed to be reset. Difficult to recommend a property knowing that guests may have to reset electrical breakers. The breaker box, by the way, also requires you to move the refrigerator to access. I will say that Vacasa support was very good about sending out a tech to help out. The house otherwise is great, and if you don't mind having to be a on-call electrician during your vacation, then this is a great property.

    We had a family gathering (9 people) and this cottage was a great location. Plenty of bedrooms, great front porch. The layout is a little quirky in terms of the bathroom location(s) and kitchen layout. Overall a great stay. Management company was accommodating and easy to work with. House was clean upon arrival.
