Town of Rehoboth Beach home with private pool, hot tub & pool barn

We had a terrific stay. The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and had what we needed for our stay. The pool area was fantastic and the kids had a ball. We would stay again and highly recommend it.

Incredible, amazing, and so enjoyable!!!!

The photos of this home did not disappoint! We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful, and usable this home is! Very clean (thank you!), and comfortable. Enough room for up to 10 people to sleep, and also to be away from each other (if need be, lol)! The pool area is amazing! (and the hot tub), and the party barn is incredible! I loved that it is very quiet there and very close to the beach and boardwalk, grocery stores, the Tanger Outlet and restaurants! So much more! We would give this place a 10 and will definitely stay again, because we didn't rent long enough to use the grill, and the fire pit!!

I just stayed at this house with some girlfriends for a few nights and everything was perfect!  Although the pool was closed, we enjoyed the hot tub and party barn space since the weather was nice.  The house is VERY beautifully decorated and very comfortable -- it had everything we could possibly need.  And, the location to town can't be beat -- it was a comfortable walk to shopping and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay! Needless to say, we will definitely be back to this beautiful home!

This place is amazing. Great layout. Great location! Quiet, but close to everything. Didn't start the car all weekend. Hot tub and fire pit were great. Well supplied and very easy renting, check-in checkout processes.

The Hot Tub Was the highlight of the property.

Home is beautifully decorated, modern and very clean with a couple minor hiccups. Trashcans hadn't been fully emptied and one of the 5 beds didn't get new sheets; clean sheets were available in the closet, so no big deal. Amenities in the house were greatly appreciated we just had to show up; dish soap, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, tp, pt, dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. all provided. The house was also in a great location for our family. The beach is a about a mile away. There are sidewalks, so it is easily walkable, but we chose to drive. Parking at the beach was easy even on Saturday. There's a resident parking pass available for renters or you can use the metered parking. There's a great breakfast/lunch spot, Crystal Restaurant, around the corner from this house. Only a 5 min neighborhood walk, go Wahington to Atlantic. We also tried Pasqualini's Bakery located behind Crystal Restaurant on Atlantic, their peach pie was delicious! We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, the house was very clean and nice. It has just been redone and all of the decor is very cute! Beds were super comfortable. Great location to downtown Rehoboth and all of the shops and dining. You can walk or drive. The beach pass was such a nice treat, we didn't know the house came with it and it made parking at the quiet beaches SO easy! The hot tub on the deck was great to use after a long day at the beach, too! The house comes with so many fun amenities such as a fire pit, grill, and hot tub etc. but it would be nice for the owner to leave an instructions sheet in the house as the fire pit never turned on., we had to text the property manager how to use the hot tub, etc. The house also doesn't come fully stocked (only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for the whole 6 days of our stay) so we had to buy our own as well as trash bags etc. Would recommend the host provide more household items. There were chicken wings and trash from the former guests left in the party barn when we got there so we would recommend the cleaning team check that space as well. Finally, dishes were put back dirty in the cabinets for us to use so would recommend a better system. Lastly, the wifi password and username did not actually match what was listed on the TVs so would be helpful to explain that to guests. A few kinks for this new rental to work out, but overall we LOVED our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! The three bedrooms were plenty of space for our family of 6 and the beds were very comfortable. The house was beautifully decorated and sparkling clean on our arrival and accessing the house was easy! The backyard is spacious and the hot tub is perfect after a day in the ocean. The location is great - just 1 mile from the boardwalk but also convenient to shopping and dining. The resident parking pass was huge and allowed us to easily access the less crowded areas of the beach with minimal walking. We will be going back!
