Location was good but everything else was lacking

The house was fine for our purposes.Needed a dog friendly house. Fenced yard was a bonus.

Nice neighborhood. Plenty of street parking.

Beautiful neighborhood with close walking access to everything, but the interior could use upgrades to make it worth the high cost.

The house layout is great creating privacy when needed and bringing people together for unity. Having an upright piano is a great bonus especially for those wanting to catch up on their playing.

My family and I stayed in early late July/Aug. On the plus side, the house is in a good location, safe and fairly clean. On the negative side, the house has dated furniture, heavily stained couches, stained carpets, some rips in couches. I contacted Vacasa several times via text and phone and never got responses except for AI robot generic messages. I was quite disappointed with the poor customer service from Vacasa. We felt the house was overpriced bc of the unappealing living room area. The owner should invest in new carpets and living room furniture.

Great location. The house provided plenty of room for our family of 5 adults, a 17 old, a 12 year old, and a dog. The parking is a complication to deal with. Make sure to plan ahead!

There were 7 of us staying here including my 2 year old granddaughter. First, the dishwasher was broken. Despite multiple calls to the property manager, no one even came to look at it. The carpet was filthy. And all of the beds except the one in the master bedroom were incredibly uncomfortable. The only thing positive was the location.

The house is very open and spacious, making it quite comfortable for our group of 8. Communication with management was very good and the check in was easy. We loved the walkable distance to the boardwalk There were a few minor disappointing issues - At first glance the place was very clean and well kept. Then we found stains on the living room carpet and several more on the sofa and loveseats. It seems they were not addressed early and have now set in. Perhaps upholstery cleaning should’ve place when they first occurred. Fabric furniture are hated to keep clean - kitchen is super nice and modern. we suggest adding a couple of non-stick griddles. The old-fashioned ones there are hard to clean and harder to cook with - The grill was super saturated with old built- up grease and caught fire when we tried to use. But management was very responsive and sent a cleaning staff to fix the problem so that we could use it for our last dinner Despite those issues we would stay here again if we have a large group

This is the second time I have stayed at this home. The property is managed by Vacasa. I have had an issue with both visits. The first time the house was not cleaned and the second time the door lock broke. Vacasa uses a third-party answering service and it is virtually impossible to get a hold of a property manager, I swore to myself I would never use Vacasa again but this time I mean it. I know you can rent this through VRBO but the property manager is Vacasa so if VRBO is going to be associated with Vacasa I advise you to look for something other than a Vacasa Managed property
