Town of Rehoboth Beach home near beach, tennis courts, grill, patio, W/D, WiFi

The cottage is adorable, tucked back & quaint. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach. The backyard doesn’t have a fence on the side so the neighbors can see right in while they are in their yard. The outside table only has 3 chairs. The property states it has cable but it does not. We had 2 property tech people come out & confirmed there isn't cable. There is Netflix which is great. The WiFi password is incorrect in the welcome text but written in the house on the router. We requested that be updated to reflect accurately in the welcome text to future guests. We were able to check in early, received a text notification which was nice. We paid 40 for a late check out. There aren’t any trash bags so bring your own. There is a nice welcome packet with dishwasher detergent & washing machine detergent. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with most of what you need. Some of the pans are rusted but we used parchment paper and foil. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of bedding, extra blankets and pillows. A huge tower of bath towels. The air conditioner works well. Two of the four bedrooms have ceiling fans which is nice. The front yard fenced in area is nice but the plastic chairs were filthy covered in pollen and we had to wash them all. There are only 2 bathrooms in the house & the downstairs toilet flooded and backed up into the shower. On a positive note, the property management co is extremely responsive & sent someone out immediately.

We were excited to be within walking distance to the water. We could also walk to shops, boardwalk and more. Plenty of parking and parking passes which we didn’t expect. Home could have been cleaner. Couch pillows were dirty, arms of the couch dirty. Plates and cups, etc were fine, but frying pan had seen better days. Not even starter of something to clean up after ourselvesLike Lysol or wipes. Plenty of beds and appreciated extra towels. If there were 9Sleeping there tv or family time would be tight. Outdoor tables were beyond filthy. We loved the proximity to the beach, but the place needs some love.

We loved that this house was in walking distance to Rehoboth Ave and the boardwalk. Once we parked our car in the driveway upon arrival we didn’t need to drive it again. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. A bonus was the ice and water dispenser built into the fridge. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again in the future.

Our family decided at the last minute we all needed a little getaway. Much to my surprise we found a beautiful, exceptionally clean home with plenty of bedrooms for the four of us and wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows. The house had everything we could have needed. It is located in a peaceful area that has noise restrictions (what a nice feature), but it is also close enough to town that everything is within walkable distance: shops, restaurants, the beach, the boardwalk. Our long weekend felt like much longer, and we would definitely return.

This charming house on Henlopen was a perfect choice for the Rehoboth Marathon. The house was extremely clean, and had plenty of room to accommodate a family of 5. Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and has everything we needed for the weekend. The beds were super comfortable. We loved how close we were to Rehoboth Ave and the boardwalk and loved being able to walk there. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were all really friendly. We would definitely stay here in the future!

Nice home!

We loved our week stay at the beach house! It is a beautiful home-away-from-home, with a lovely living and dining room space off the modern kitchen, great for the whole family to be together, cook, play games and watch movies. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. The central air was fantastic and kept the house cool on even the hottest of days. We loved that we were within walking distance of the beach, tennis courts and town and that our teenagers could easily come and go on their own time schedule, while the early birds in the family were enjoying the beach! Would love to come back next year and stay again!

Very attentive to us. We had an issue with the outlets and maintenance came right over to fix the issue. The house was exactly as advertised and the host was on top of everything. They responded to all of my questions within minutes.
