Stayed Aug 22, 2025The place was perfect for a weekend beach stay with some friends. Very clean place! The only con was we wished we had some extra trash bags and other kitchen items on hand. A quick trip to one of the many available stores close-by fixed the issue though. Would stay again!

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Home was very clean and airy. 10 min from rohoboth beach. Communication via Vacasa was not the best. I booked via VRBO best to send message to host there. Vacasa takes too long to send msgs. We asked for a propane tank when we got there and received it the next day in the PM. Couldn’t use it because we were leaving the following day. The lady bedroom is extremely hot had to leave the AC in the living room on and all fans going with the door open. Dryer does not dry. Other thank that nice stay. How was clean.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025Pros: Very clean, convenient location, new appliancesCon: Very close to the intersection of two highways and almost in the parking lot of the Royal Farm Store, so it was a little noisy.Overall, the house is nicer than the pictures and definitely better on the interior. It was a nice stay. Vacasa is always easy to deal with.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Dog friendly, newly renovated home with great property. Vacasa management responded rapidly to questions and minor concerns raised. Simple, but beautiful interior. Accommodates a family with children, however, the home was rented solely for my husband and I, plus our faithful companion. There are some dog friendly restaurants and state parks just minutes away, but be prepared to triple travel time due to traffic lights. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the house accommodations and will not hesitate to book again via Vacasa.
