Town of Rehoboth Beach dog-friendly home with fireplace & W/D - walk everywhere

Overall it was great. Good location and had everything we needed. The parking was an issue as the site says 2 spaces and there is only one. We made it work but one car had to park in the bushes.

The home was clean and welcoming. We had some minor issues with parking that were quickly solved. Our party of 6 had ample space and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking.We enjoyed the park adjacent to the back yard and enjoyed our coffee on the patio. The beach and town were easily walkable. Once we parked, we didn’t move our vehicles until we left!

Great house for our family of 7!

Just 2 nights to relax, and that happened within 20 mins of being there. How spacious and nice! Clean, comfortable. Everything you need is right there! Thank you!

Clean, comfy, spacious, well equipped home. Great location. As others have commented, it’s not obvious how to use the fireplace. Some instructions would have been nice as it took some back and forth with Vacasa the first two days and watching some YouTube videos to figure it out. Also suggest a snow shovel for guests or property manager to better clear driveway and back patio of snow. Would definitely rent this place again.

Perfect location and accommodations!

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was such a serene spot. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect space for our group. Comfy beds and sitting areas, nice amenities, great location!

We had a very enjoyable time at this location was not that far to walk to the beach -- very quiet community - parking a little tricky if you have more than 2 vehicles -- but we managed it the best we could --- place was nice -- except the last day or so the extra bathroom sink was slow draining -- but would not deter us staying at that location again.

We found the location of the home home to the beach and boardwalk very convenient. The one-story layout was good for the little ones and the home is located on the lake which had a variety of bunnies, turtles and a deer which the kids enjoyed. The home was pretty clean with the exception that one of the sinks was stopped up and despite attempts, was never fixed. When we arrived the outdoor shower did not work and had to be turned on which took a day to rectify.

My family of 6 adults and 1 child plus one dog stayed in the house for 5 days. It was perfect for us. Only 2 blocks from the beach and Rehoboth Avenue, lovely lake and park right behind the house. Nice backyard seating area but it was not clean enough for me so I didn't actually sit there, although others in our family did. WiFi worked great with lots of people using it. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Renters should be aware that the front door lock is quirky. It never works the first time you try. I wish Vacasa would change it. The parking situation is a bit difficult to understand as written in a note provided in the house. Next-door neighbor had to explain to us and I confirmed with the town's parking department. The rental agent was not helpful in this regard. Overall we really liked the house and hopefully will rent it again in the future.

The house was perfect. We were here to celebrate a huge accomplishment by one of our friends, at the race. Plenty of room. It looked just like the photos.
