Stayed Aug 17, 2024This home had wonderful accessibility to the beach. It slept my family comfortably. The dining room table was large and with 3 adults and 6 kids, we needed all of it.? The outdoor shower was such fun for us and allowed us to wash off the sand before coming in. Laundry in the house was GREAT to have. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024The Sanderling house was built in the 1920’s and still retains a lot of the original rustic charm. Not much has been updated but I personally love the retro vibe. The kitchen is stocked with about everything you could need for preparing meals. The bathrooms are quite small and only the upstairs one has a stand up shower. The downstairs bathroom has a tub with a handheld shower head. The front screened in porch is a nice spot for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, and people watching. The back deck is great for a barbecue and there is a small grassy area where we enjoyed sitting in the shade of a tree. We were surprised by how quiet the area was considering how close it is to the boardwalk and shops. It was great to be able to walk just a block to the beach.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024I would highly recommend this cottage. The home is comfortable with well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed hanging out on the back porch as well. The location is perfect-close to town center, the boardwalk and beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lots of room for a family of 6 with even a bedroom downstairs to spare. We vacationed there the last week of June and everything was great. Very clean upon arriving. Easy check-in process. Only real complaint is that there is quite a difference in temperature between the upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs could definitely use a window A/C unit in addition to the provided fans. Would stay again! :)

Stayed Jul 23, 2022I was a bit nervous to use this company as I never heard of Vrbo/Vacasa, but everything was just perfect. The home, although an older home, was absolutely lovely; everything we needed was here!! Not just this Grandmom saying this, but my daughters with young children, too. Very close to the beach without crossing a major highway, pretty quiet. This rental home added to a perfect week for this family. Thank you!
