Town of Bethany Beach oceanfront home with pool & tennis access, washer/dryer

You can tell the owners take pride of ownership and think of the needs of their guests. The home was well cared for and stocked. Furnishings were comfortable and plentiful and in good taste. We loved the location and the Sea Colony amenities as we always used to stay in Sea Colony. We loved the easy access to the beach and downtown. It was perfect for our family. We'll be back!!

We had a fantastic stay at this home. This is our second time renting this property. The house was spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals. The outdoor space was a real highlight—the views were absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beauty of the surroundings. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to returning in the future! Highly recommend!

Comfortable chairs in living room and elsewhere in the house, easy access to the beach.

as I covered in my other reviews, the house main feature besides the furniture, the bathrooms, and all that is the fact that you can walk to town, which is about four blocks and you are directly on the beach it’s a great combination

House was lovely, Had several issues and the manager was too busy to return a call. One room was dirty with mold on the wall and vent. They came and cleaned and missed the wall and vent. Never returned. The Whyfy was on and off, & after calling no one came to help, or called back to see if it was working better? The management was really USLESS!

Spacious and access to beach and town great.

This property was wonderful - very comfortable, in the perfect location, and well stocked. It was very accessible to the beach, so much so that we spent many days hanging out on the deck instead of making the short trek over to the beach. It’s clear that the owner knows what makes a great rental property tick. The only glitches I would say are that the fireplace in the primary didn’t work and the screen doors were kind of hard to slide. Very minor in the grand scheme of things. If you’re on the fence I would say go for it! I’ll likely be back too :)

Overall it was a lovely home, and I know the bed we had was very comfortable. The kitchen had almost everything we could have wanted/needed. The outdoor seating was fabulous, with both covered and open areas. Lots of jigsaw puzzles and games in the “game room”area.

best location! comfortable and cozy! kitchen well equipped ...outside deck sitting area is wonderful any time of the day. The owner takes a lot of pride in equipping with spices, great pots and pans, glasses, third year leasing and look forward to special time with my family and friends here
