A lovely little town house in a very quiet neighbourhood within 5 minutes walk of the University and close to the centre of Chester and the Walls. A helpful neighbour told us which bins to put out on collection day as the system was new to us. An Aldi store is close by for the things you forgot and The Little Owl next to it is a good pub for families with young children having a safe playground and garden. The house has all amenities you could need including a rare item , a teapot, but no cafetiere. A boat trip on the Dee is well worth it and the pub by the river has outdoor seating so you see all the boating activities including the City Rowing Club practising. Some large impressive houses stand on the opposite bank of the river. Chester is a delightful city well provided with parking but gets very busy and the Park & Ride enables you to ditch the car. Countryside round about is pleasant and scenic.

Everything was just right. We enjoy walking, so our days at Chester were superb. The small house was ideal for, had everything we could want and very comfortable too. Easy to leave the car and access everything on foot. Certainly recommend this, thank you

Good position easy access to Chester town centre and also Cheshire Oaks. Supermarkets and pubs in easy reach. House was very comfortable and clean - the close did look rather run down - nothing the owner could do about this. Overall an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
