Stayed Jan 20, 2024This unit is clean and neat and located close to grocery stores and the hospital which is what we needed. Is gated and secure. People there were very friendly. It could use a little updating but the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed Nov 29, 2023The property was just what we needed. The master king bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and walk-in-closet very roomy. The guest bed is very soft, not for everyone. The smart TV is large. The gated community is very quiet and safe. There isn't outdoor seating and for me the couches were very uncomfortable, but there was an office chair I pulled into the living room plus the dining chairs are good. The silverware and some of the cooking things need to be replaced. Simon brought us a broom and dustpan upon request. I think more cleaning items should be available for long term stays, but they have had a problem with renters taking them I guess. Overall I would say it is a good value and if we were in the area we would stay again.
