This freestanding home in North Pacific Beach bordering La Jolla, has been beautifully crafted and has a spacious, family feel.



The Space:

When entering the home from the extra large double garage, you will walkinto the Master Guest Suite that has a king size bed, large screen TV, ensuite bathroom and even provides a refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster oven.



The bathroom has a tub shower combo with vanity and WC.



The Master Guest Suite is an apartment unto itself with an outside patio area that provides a table and seating for 4. This is a great room for guests in your party that prefer a little privacy.



Walking up the carpeted stairs you will be welcomed into a gourmet kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances, fully stocked cupboards with all the accessories to cook to your hearts content.

There is plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar for your convenience.



Off the kitchen is the dining area with seating for 6 under the chandelier.



The living room has a large sectional sofa, a fire place and large screen TV - great for a relaxing evening after a day at the beach.



Just off the living room is a large patio perfect for al fresco dining. The outside dining table has seating for six and has an awesome view of the ocean down the street.



There is also a weber bbq for all your grilling needs.



On this upstairs level there are 2 additional bedrooms. The first is another master suite featuring a King bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet and super spacious bathroom with a separate shower and large sunken spa bath.



The second bedroom also has a king size bed, large walk in closet, flat screen TV and shares the 3rdbathroom that has a tub shower combo.



A full laundry room is provided with washer and dryer.



Tourmaline Tower is truly a dream vacation home with a location so close to Tourmaline Beach that you never have to think about driving and parking at the beach.



You are also in a position where you can walk to many Pacific Beach restaurants such as the French Gourmet, Oscars Taco Shop, Gelsons Gourmet Grocery Store, and also a car wash, yoga studio and much more.



It is also an easy drive to the freeways heading south, north and east. So if you feel iike spending the day at Seaworld, The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, The Gas Lamp District or any of the many other San Diego attractions.

ABOUT THE AREA:



Pacific Beach in San Diego is a young beach town with the attraction of the surf and sand by day and the lure of bars and restaurants by night. Located south of La Jolla and north of Mission Beach, this San Diego beach has a popular nightlife scene from dancing to drinking craft beers, which attracts a college-aged and young professionals crowd. San Diego Pacific Beach hosts a variety of different kinds of clubs and bars from the hip and trendy JRDN Lounge and Raw Bar to the low-key dive bar atmosphere found at Cass Street Bar and Grill.



In addition to the after hours scene, there are various family-friendly restaurants and plenty of activities for families and those just looking for a quiet getaway. San Diego Pacific Beach has beachfront property, from San Diego hotels to beach houses, within walking distance of the sand and sea. Keep an eye on the kids playing on the beach from the ocean view decks or treat yourself to a massage at the hotel spa.



San Diego Pacific Beach is also the ideal spot to catch some waves on your surfboard or bodyboard, while children splash around in the water and build sand castles on the beach. San Diego Pacific Beach visitors are encouraged to try other water sports popular at the beach such as kayaking, sailing and paddle boarding. As for some physical activity on dry land, Pacific Beach has the Ocean Front Walk, which is a boardwalk that stretches parallel to the Pacific Ocean. Garnet Avenue is another attraction in Pacific Beach, which is packed with boutiques providing everything from beach souvenirs to trendy clothing. Also at Garnet Avenue, on Tuesdays from 2pm until 6:30pm, a farmer's market sets up, where visitors can taste smoothie samples and browse local photography. The San Diego beach market sells local produce, cuisine and arts and jewelry.

    Parents and each kid had their own room with a tv. Kitchen was perfectly stocked to prep meals. Grateful for the extra towels and beach chairs. Great location to walk to beach and grab a meal. Also appreciated the quiet neighborhood on days that we slept in.

    This location was not only beautiful but easily accessible to many places to shop, eat, etc. All within walking distance. The rooms and bathrooms were great.

    I was very impressed with the interior of the house. Very clean, beautifully decorated and designed and very comfortable. We’re a family of 4 with two teenage sons. Everyone got their own room with a king bed and a bathroom. We all had more than enough space. The living room was very comfortable and the kitchen was well laid out and stocked with appliances and utensils. We did laundry as well without any problems. The location was convenient for trips all over San Diego. We only ate at one restaurant in the area, Oscars. We went several times and it was great because it’s right around the block. Incredible tacos and reasonably priced, which is saying a lot for San Diego. Beach access if simple. Not easy if you’re carrying a lot of stuff but still close to the house. It’s a great area for running and walking and a few blocks down there is access to the boardwalk which has lots of shops and restaurants and is great for running and walking. Enjoy!

    We stayed here with friends for a week's vacation. Condo was extra clean when we got there, very spacious, and the patio was lovely (roof deck was still unavailable, but we didn't really miss it). Of interest if you have small children: our friends and their baby were in the downstairs suite, we were upstairs in the master with our two year old, and neither of us could hear the other's kid cry at night. :) The location is great as well- the proximity to the beach made it easy to walk down there with two young children. The company was very responsive: when the garage door opener stopped working they immediately sent someone to fix it, and when we decided we needed a beach wagon to haul kids and toys around, it was delivered the next day. All around great, seamless experience, even checkout was easy- no long list of cleaning tasks to get through! Loved it, would absolutely stay here again. If I had one suggestion it would be that the kitchen could use a few more tools; we had to buy a wine opener that we left behind for future guests. :) Thanks for a great stay!

    We came out to celabrate my husbands 70th birthday and visit our daughter and son-in-law. We were joined by my husband's two brothers and their wives. Wehad a wonderful time to renember. Thank you for the accommodations their were very nice.

    Location was great. Very close to Tourmaline beach, as well as restaurants and grocery store. Beautiful setting, spacious house. Love the king beds, and three full baths. Definitely recommend.
