Tourism - Cottage Ponte de Lima, tranquility, comfort and nature in the oldest, florid and picturesque village from Portugal

We were met by the lovely owners upon arrival. They showed us the house and answered our questions.The house was immaculately clean and was equipped with everything one would need for a comfortable vacation. They encouraged us to contact them if there were any concerns or further questions (there were none). At the conclusion of our stay, we emailed them with our checkout time, and they again met us to receive the keys and wish us a safe journey home.

My family of 6 stayed at Rosa’s house while we came to visit Portugal. We stayed for 5 days. The entire process was excellent. Rosa and I were able to communicate with my rusty Portuguese and she had someone available in English when needed. When we got to the house it felt like we were visiting one of my aunts. Rosa and her family were so welcoming. The house is stunning. The views of the mountains are breathtaking and the property is so lush and bountiful. We were welcomed with a chilled bottle of vinho verde in the fridge. The restaurant down the road offered great homemade traditional meals. The village of ponte de Lima is beautiful. Close to the highway this place is excellent if you’re planning to do lots of day trips. Looking forward to planning another trip to Portugal and I would definitely stay at Rosa’s place

We enjoyed the house very much, great view, clean and lot's of space for our family and dog. location is easy accessable to suroudning towns and cities.

Susana and her Mother welcome us to this lovely retreat. Close to Ponte De Lima and close to mountain hikes. Heart of Vinho Verde area with great food and wonderful people.

Stayed for three nights and found the house just perfect for our family of four. Susana and Rosa are perfect hosts and welcomed us to their spotless house which had recently been updated. All facilities were provided and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is well fitted out but if you do not feel up to cooking it is possible to get a great takeaway meal from the restaurant over the road. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area and would most definitely like to return in the future. Thanks for the great Portuguese holiday.

We, a couple with a 9 month old infant, stayed in the house for a week in July 2015 and we loved the place. It was clean, spacious and the terrace with the garden and the barbecue were just great. It is a quite in good location to visit the north of Portugal. And Ponte de Lima is a very quite and lovely litte town. Last but not least Susana and here family are really friendly and helpful people. We can really recommend the place.
