Great location, great house

My family had an amazing stay at Karen’s property. We stayed for four nights and there was always something to do around the area or in the games room. There was a lot of space for outdoor activities. The house was clean and it had everything that were listed. Karen was great to communicate with and really made us feel welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you’re with family and love the outdoor as there’s so much variety around and space to create an outdoor activities for yourselves. Thank you so much Karen.

Great house in a quiet area. kids loved the outdoor and dogs could run all day. Pool table, bbq, good kitchen. Overal, it is a nice house if you are looking for a family friendly and quiet holiday.

We stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful place just 10 minutes from Ruakaka beach in a lovely farm setting. We loved the fantastic views and enjoyed the BBQ. Super clean and comfy. With an awesome shed with pool and dart board whixh the kids very much enjoyed.

Had the best time staying at Totara Ridge! What a gem of a spot. The house was so spacious and comfortable which made us feel right at home. The ocean views were absolutely stunning—such a peaceful vibe to wake up to each day. The games room was a hit with everyone, we spent hours playing and just having a laugh. The place had everything we needed and more, from the kitchen to the amenities. Highly recommend it if you’re after a chill, private getaway with some stunning views. Will definitely be back!
