Totally Renovated Waterfront Cottage, Snowbird's Paradise, Boater's Dream

Home was very nice . Lots of space . Bedrooms were large. Morning views of the water were incredible.Easy to get to stores and downtown Beaufort.

Beautifully renovated ,Spacious , Clean water front home with everything we could possibly need! Such a peaceful setting in a quaint little neighborhood.We will definitely be back!

Perfect location. The house was extremely comfortable and the sunrises were incredible. We loved the neighborhood and that Marker 244 was in walking distance. Great communication. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

We've been coming to vacation to the area since we got married on Fripp in 1996. The house was perfect, with a great view of the ICW, everything was as per the listing. Easy communication and they were very accommodating! Definitely coming back!!

This was one of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed at. Great location close to many of the area attractions. The property itself was very comfortable and had anything you might need. We hope to stay there again.

The owners took great care to renovate this lovely home. It is located in a planned communtiy with a restaurant and a marina. The location was so convenient to shops, restaurants and the towns of Port Royal and Beaufort. We have been wintering there for 12 years and this was one of the nicest VRBO rentals we have had the pleasure of staying in for 2 months.

My family stay here for a Marine Corp graduation. We were so close to the base and other amenities. We are coming back for another graduation in January with hopes of staying here again.

We loved our stay! The home was well stocked, cozy, every detail was amazing! Location was perfect. Enjoyed our meal at the marina and so many wonderful restaurants close by. We will be back!

We liked it so much that before we even left, we booked it again. The house was well done, comfortable and relaxing. The neighborhood was charming.

Easy check in and house was perfect. Location was great and close to many islands, towns and adventures. We enjoyed shopping in Beaufort, Sands Island and walking in Port Royal, Huntington island lighthouse and so much more. Great places to eat nearby and plenty of stores. The neighbors were all pleasant and the marina next door had great food. The perfect vacation.

Everything about this home is a delight, from the beautiful views from the back porch to the thoughtful design and tasteful decor. The hosts have made sure you have everything you need to get the most from your stay. We enjoyed our relaxing week here and can’t wait to come back. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice, well equipped, good location, fantastic view!

We loved our first day and last day in Beaufort and Port Royal. We had a great house that had a wonderful porch where we crafted and played games and watched the Olympics. The rest of the days were rain, rain, and more rain. Thank you hurricane Debby. The parks were closed as well as many shops due to flooding, but we made the best of it. Time together with sisters was priceless. Our host, Josh, was great. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The property was very good and our rainy time there was no fault of any one except Mother Nature! We will come back and try again. We know there was lots more to do than what we were able to do.

This house was perfect. The views were beautiful. The house is super nice, spacious, and very well designed. There was plenty of room for us. The location is perfect. It’s close to Beaufort, downtown Port Royal, and it’s a nice drive out to the islands. The access to the marina next door is easy. If you are bringing your boat, this house plus the marina is a great combination. We can’t wait to book this location again!!!

We had a wonderful time! The view is amazing, and the sunrises are worth getting up early to see. The cottage is near downtown Beaufort, Port Royal, and Dataw Island where we keep our boat year round. However, we kept our boat at the marina during our stay. The marina staff were very easy to work with. It was nice to be able to walk down to the boat while we’re were staying at the cottage. Thanks Joshua and Stephanie!

Our trip to visit family in the Beaufort/Port Royal area was wonderful. Our stay was made even better by the view and the accommodations at the waterfront cottage .
