Stayed Mar 10, 2026I liked the nice shower in the bathroom. We enjoyed hanging out on the enclosed patio. Whole house was very nice inside. Easy to get ahold of owner.

Stayed Feb 5, 2024For the price you won’t find better. 5 to 6 minutes away from Punta Gorda 5 to 6 minutes away from wonderful Port Charlotte city park on alligator Bay. The park has everything you expect plus a nice swimming pool with lifeguards, and Pickleball courts, nice swimming beach, a pier where locals were fishing, and a bocce ball Court!! Losvany’s home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, extremely clean, and the pool table was a big bonus. If you plan to bake and cook a lot, double check to see if he has added mixing bowls and serving bowls. Otherwise There were a lot of great kitchenware and spices. But no mixer; I myself travel with a mini mixer and a coffee grinder because that’s something I use a lot. Nice rainfall showerhead. Plenty of coastal birdlife on lawn and canal, which is in your backyard. Also has a carport which is a plus. The neighbors were very friendly. We were there six weeks; Losvany was very prompt with our questions, especially in the first week getting settled.

Stayed Mar 28, 2022I stayed here for a little over a month during a project I had in Port Charlotte. The house is extremely clean and well equipped. Having a canal to do a little fishing and a pool table was really nice to have while unwinding after the work day. The location is nice, close to Punta Gorda and a lot of good restaurants.
