Totally remodeled home in the heart of Tampa!

Great place to stay before the cruise close to port

The house was perfect for our get away weekend. We are a good distance to the beach, arena and downtown. We had 3 kids and it was perfect for all of us. The house was clean and we had no issues. We didn’t spend any time outside so can’t comment on that part but there is a couch and fire table.

Had a great BBQ spot by the place. 2 miles from the stadium. Plenty of restaurants.

Place was in a perfect central spot! Plenty of stuff to do within 3 miles. Everything was clean and the host was good w communication. My friends and I enjoyed our stay.

The 1st impressions were great! Nice upgrades and decor. I gave it only a 3 star because the cleanliness could definitely be improved, backed up bathtub, needs new linens and needs bug control. The home also struggled to keep the thermostat temperature. Older home with poor insulation, maybe tinting the windows could help improve that. Would be ok for a couple for a night or two, not for a family and not for longer stays.

Reasonably priced, clean, very nice inside, good location and a jacuzzi bathtub! TVs in every room. Loved the lighting effects. Good experience overall.

The house is really cute and we had everything we needed. The only thing I would say is there are sugar ants in the kitchen.

The neighborhood was interesting but quiet. The interior was very clean and tasteful in decor. The propane tanks were empty so unable to use outdoor fire place. Any the water pressure a little low. The biggest disappointment was the outside area which was poorly kept up. Jason was very responsive and answered any questions. The location was a little further from downtown than expected.

The host did a good job renovating this old property. It was well-appointed and great for an overnight airport stay. The neighborhood was definitely a little sketchy, but we weren’t bothered. I would suggest adding deadbolts to the doors. They only had handle latch locks.

Everything was easy with no problems. Although there for a short time, appreciated the location, comfortable bed, huge tv (and lights), thoughtful snacks, and fair price. The place is small but so much nicer and quieter than a hotel! Thank you!

Inside of the house is beautiful! Neighborhood cats were friendly! Barbecue grill and outdoor fireplace but no propane. Neighborhood felt a bit scary with bars on windows, homeless people nearby, and some homes with junk like couches etc in their yard but homeowner really was helpful in explaining the history of the area, back ground information on neighbors, and large item trash removal happening soon (the reason for homes having extra junk outside) I will say the one thing we did not like when staying here was the thermostat. Not being able to make our stay in the house comfortable temps was difficult to sleep. Temp was 76. Being from Michigan, that’s a miserable temperature to be sleeping at. The house had keurig and pods and creamer and sugar! They also provided lots of catalogs for things to do in the Tampa area as well as the history of Tampa. They have neat lights installed that follow along with the tv music, and motion light in the bathroom! Overall this was a great house with fantastic owners. I would suggest everyone who comes to the area to stay here

Thank you so much for being great host, our stay was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and linens very soft. Centrally located to everything we needed to get to. We had breakfast at Metro Diner which was 4 miles away ,we were only 20 minutes from Moffitt which was our reason for staying in Tampa. The three bedrooms made it accommodating for family to have privacy with each room having its own tv . We will be booking again. Thank you, Diana

Very clean, soft beds, safe location. The k cups provided were a great touch before we went to the cruise port.

We were there for 1 night, it was perfect for the night before we left on a cruise. Very easy and quick communication with the host. The house was very clean and even though we didn't need to use anything it looked well supplied.

Everything was great (hosting, amenities and the host was also very communicative), the only thing that we noticed was there was a small water leakage from the floor in front of the Bathroom.

Great place and accommodations! Communication was just as we expected and place was clean and comfortable.

It was so nice to have coffee and creamer in the morning. They also supplied Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney. Very nice.

Beautiful clean, bright cozy modern home, friendly neighbors, fun patio space, we love that it was near an abundance of local shopping centers and a short drive to the beaches. Communication between the host was superb, We loved our stay and highly recommend.

Easy walk to Raymond James Stadium

Loved the house! Very pretty inside! Very clean! Close to places to eat! Was kindly worried about the neighborhood but everyone was nice! Was about 15 minutes from the cruise port!

Lovely little 3 bedroom near the airport. Easy access to city and beaches. Would stay here again.

Cozy stay

The property was exactly as pictured and located VERY close to everything. The owner was great with communication and we enjoyed our visit.

We messed up the check in time and showed up a bit early and the host was really nice about it. The space was very clean, modern, and updated. There is central AC which is nice but it took a while for the house to cool down in the florida heat. Super close to the airport and necessities, we would stay here again!

Would stay again. Beds were memory foam and very comfortable. The house was spotless. The location couldn't have been better for our concert at Raymond James stadium. We used Lyft to get to the stadium and walked back to the house - very walkable and next time we will walk to and from the stadium. The neighborhood is surrounded by many places to eat and shop and there's a very good mall with great restaurants 5 minutes by car. Yet, the street is very quiet. Every bedroom has a TV with all the streaming services. Great place to stay with our little dog because the backyard is fenced in. Highly recommend!

The neighborhood was quiet although a little farther from the concert venue than we had expected. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated.

We did not stay at this property. Upon arrival, it had not been cleaned. Poor neighborhood and the backyard was a junk yard. Host didn't respond for 40 mins. contacted vrbo for a refund.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very close to the places we wanted to visit on my grandchildren’s spring break. Thank you. I also will recommend this property to other people.

Overall good. If not specifically mentioned, then it was ok. No dish cloth. Rooms for 6 people, but only 4 chairs. Backyard looks like a junkyard, could be better. Overall Cleanliness is ok, but could be better (glasses, dishes), could change the cleaning sponge (kitchen) after guests leave. Well located, could reach a lot of stores quickly.

Very nice

We stayed at the propery overnight before a cruise. The house was well set up with a very impressive tv/lightning set up. We watched the big game in the living room, and all I can say is wow! The tv was so big and the lights changed color with the colors on the tv. The rooms were set up nicely and the beds comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and for longer next time we visit Tampa.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable.

Nice on inside, neighborhood was a little scary. Could use towel rack in bathroom, A hand towel and blow dryer would have been nice. Also a box of tissues

Location was excellent!! Could go most places without being affected by traffic on Interstates. Yard was a bit of a mess, but we were not there to spend outside time. Linens and towels clean and fragrant We will come again. Thank you

The new amenities were great! We were looking for somewhere to stay that wasn’t too pricy but still not a bad place this was perfect for us. The renovations made the interior look awesome! For sure would stay there again!

Excellent little house for a quick getaway. Very conveniently located to aitport and grocery shopping. Clean and very comfortable.

My friends and I stayed here for one night after attending a concert at the Amalie Arena, and it was the perfect place to stay. Very clean and had so much space for us. It was also conveniently located near a lot of places to eat. I would stay here again if in the area!
