The best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had at a rental, pots and pans were very high quality. Amazing house overall, tons of space for our adult trip with 4 couples. Would not totally agree with “ski in ski out” in the traditional sense. More walking than a total ski in ski out property but was nothing major. The trails to get in and out were an icy and tough for our beginner skiers in the group. Overall not a big deal, the ski valet at the silver lake base is also just an 8 minute walk if not using the access trails. Would rent again

The beautiful home, clean space, comfortable beds, open kitchen/living room and mtn view set the stage. And, the location is great both to get to the mountain and when off the mountain. Highly recommend!

I would add that there's no customer service whatsoever. It's an easy short walk to the private trail to get to the ski run which we used all week. Everything was in working order.

The stove wasn't fully working, cabinets were broken, the dishwasher wouldn't run, and the driveway had not been plowed, making it impossible for cars to get up. Property management was responsive, but all of these problems required multiple phone calls and hours of my trip spent dealing with them. The location is great. 10 min walk to Silverlake lodge.

Well located Deer Valley home for a group of 5 friends. The house is a 3 minute walk to a ski in path and a 7 minute walk to ski out. Large hot tub on deck. The house is dated in we had some troubles with the main stove. After a many attempts we finally got one burner working. We tried to reach the property manager with no success. We had a similar attempts to reach the property manager on some question for check out but neither calls nor messages thru the VRBO app were returned. It was frustrating to pay sooooo much for a house without anyone there to help. We would not choose to rent here again. For the rate, we would expect a well functioning home and a manager who is able to answer questions.

Great property - as described in the posting. Only problem we had was that cleaning crew was still there when we checked in (after the stated check in time) which made our arrival a bit hectic.

Had all necessary supplies. Preventative management was lacking, with non-functioning garage remote, many light bulbs not working, master bath fan not working, towel racks not intact in walls, ice machine in freezer not working with bin gone, water filter in refrig needing replacement, corroded and moldy humidifier sitting in kitchen. We contacted management Friday morning as to issues and were told they would help with at least the non-working remote for garage that same day or Saturday. No one ever contacted us or replaced. We left Monday and reported this again with list of issues to office staff upon leaving and received a “Sorry about that”. We enjoyed our stay, but not sure management is up to par.
