Stayed Jul 16, 2024Beautiful house, well stocked supplies, and a great space for a family of 8. Large dining table accommodated our party comfortably! We especially liked the garage turned game room and loft upstairs which helped entertain kiddos 11 through 17! Short walk to the beach was fine for us…but possibly not for younger kiddos for convenience sake, but nothing a wagon couldn’t fix. Short drive to Publix and just a 15 mins drive to old St Augustine. We liked the quietness of the neighborhood and walked our dog throughout the neighborhood. Note - there was construction of a new house adjacent to the property but it didn’t bother us since we were out during the day and workers didn’t stay late. Owner was very responsive with communication from booking through the end of our stay!

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Convenient to St. Augustine. Vilano beaches and GTM estuary. Clean , well furnished plus more than just the minimal supplies, such as provided kitche, bathsoaps, garbage bags, etc,and beach equipment (buggy, umbrella and chairs).

Stayed Jan 21, 2024This property was wonderful. We had everything we needed. The restaurant in the community is amazing and the walk to both the back bay and ocean were not bad at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jan 7, 2024Perfect proximity to everything- quick drive into town and quick walk to the beach. Was very clean, and comfortable- cozy decor that didn’t make you feel like you were in someone’s house. The host was super friendly and very helpful. Will definitely look at her other properties when traveling again.

Stayed Dec 22, 2023This property was an amazing find. My family of four, my sister’s family of four, and my mother stayed here over Christmas. First of all, the host was easy to work with and was prepared with a baby gate on the stairs, a high chair, and a Pack and Play when I told her we were bringing a 1yr old. The garage has been converted to a game room with a Foosball table and Switch console, which my 2 teenagers enjoyed immensely. The kitchen was large and well-stocked with pans for those who like to cook (me!) on vacation. Having a gas stove was a luxury! The layout of the house was nice, with a large family area and open kitchen, great for family gatherings. My husband and I shared the downstairs room and it was quiet- we were not disturbed by those upstairs. My mother also commented that her room upstairs was quiet. The house has been beautifully renovated, and as my sister said, the photos do not do it justice. The bathrooms were nice and the gas water heater ensured there was always hot water for our large party. My only issue was the downstairs mattress was a little soft, but we were the only couple that had a complaint. That could be personal taste. The house is nestled in the back of a quiet neighborhood. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach when you step out of the house. There is public beach access at the end of the street if you fancy a walk. The drive to downtown St. Augustine is only minutes away, as is the Publix and an excellent pizza restaurant. I recommend!

Stayed Nov 17, 2023Perfect, relaxing Mini weekend getaway! Decided to get to know St. Augustine for my daughters birthday. Home is beautifully decorated, with a refreshing/relaxing vibe. Cleanliness, thoughtfulness and entertainment are all part of this home. My kids were happy with all the entertainment available including beach items, games, enough sleeping areas and all basic items needed for your stay. Perfect stay away from home. Thankful we chose this home, highly recommend and Host is extremely attentive and thoughtful. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!
