Very clean and close walk to beach and restraunts. Pool was clean and great temperature.

We had a wonderful week at this home. We especially enjoyed the aquarium.I appreciated having plenty of supplies and never needed anything. The lights were a challenge at first, but finally learned the pattern, Thanks for sharing a lovely home.

This home is quite peaceful at all times of the day. There are more than enough coolers, beach gear (take an umbrella) and bikes for an entire family. I can't think of anything we could have wanted that wasn't at the house. The home is close to the beach and restaurants of Marco.

Clean home in walking distance to the heart of Marco and the beach. Comfortable throughout with a nice floor plan and great back deck and pool area. Becky was excellent to work with. A very nice stay.

Spring break trip with 2 families of 4 adults and 2 teens. ProsGreat location close to JW Marriott and beach access. We walked over and a few times used the JW pool and JW Tiki bar and restaurants even though we were off property.Beds and bathrooms were clean comfortable and well supplied. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms for each bedroom Pool was warm and south facing with plenty of sun exposure.Lots of beach towels and garage has everything you need to go to the beach including bikes and beach chairsProperty manager/owner was responsive and lives around the corner. She met us at property for check in and showed us how to feed the fish.ConsThere is a spiral staircase to get to the loft bedroom. It is not pictured or described. If anyone has small children or physical limitations this could be difficult. There is little privacy or soundproofing between bedrooms since it’s a loft bedroom and there is also a peek through from staircase into the other king room.Biggest issue is if you plan on using the screened in porch or pool in the evening the owner has warnings that after 8 or 9pm you can’t make any noise above a certain level and she has decibel detectors inside and outside the house.Only one evening us 4 adults were on the porch playing cards and low music- at 11pm she called to say a neighbor complained. We had friends renting 3 other houses within walking distance away and none of them had issues entertaining people hanging outside even after midnight.

Pool was great. This house was truly fully stocked- beach stuff, pool toys, toiletries, kitchen items! Great location, so close to beach access. We had a really nice stay.

Fantastic location and host! The house has everything you could possible want for both cooking and beach going. We really enjoyed the pool and my kids spent hours watching the aquarium. Thank you! Absolutely loved it!

Everything was perfect except the 9 pm no noise outside. Would have loved to sit around pool with some music but couldn’t after 9. The reason is the kids go to bed at 9 so we could talk

We couldn’t be happier . The location and house was perfect for my family. The owner even had a pack&play, toys and books for the kids. We only wished we could have had a longer vacation to enjoy the house. We fell in love with Marco Island and would highly recommend staying at this property. The owner goes above and beyond and thinks of every possible thing you may need! Thanks again

Our family of 7 stayed at this beautiful home for the 4th of July celebration. The house is very charming, centrally located and is fully equipped with everything and anything you may need during your stay, including bicycles, beach chairs, beach wagon, towels, etc. Becky, the manager, was amazing, very accommodating and kept on checking on us during our stay. She also gave us great tips about things to do in Marco Island and nice restaurants to visit. The house is literally 5 minutes from the beach, walking, and this entrance of the beach is more secluded, so the beach does not feel crowded at any time. We had a fantastic long weekend at this house and plan to come back. Highly recommended.

The property was clean with a lot of amenities. Very well located, close to the beach and the main routes. No need to go out for anything. House has everything to do. Great pool. I would prefer more space in the back yard to gather the whole family. The grill needs an upgrade. Thanks. We enjoyed. House has a lot of space. My kids loved the fish tank and the piano.

This was our second stay at the property this season and another wonderful week.

The property is as advertised, very well supplied, including kids toys and equipment. Becky is very available and communicates well. From this home, it is an easy walk to the beach.

First x to Marco Island. We loved the beach, restaurants & relaxing at the house! Enjoyed the convenient location & the house had everything we needed. The 6 of us enjoyed our trip! Becky was very easy to work with, prompt when we had any questions, and made our stay more pleasant.

Our 3-generation family of 9 (including a 3 yr old, 2 yr old, & 7mo.) were very happy with this well-stocked, well-situated home! Pack and Plays (with sheets!), high chairs, toys, pool & beach supplies came in very handy. The screened in pool was perfect (temp, cleanliness, floats, deck furniture) & its location right outside the generously-sized screened in porch was very handy. The porch had lots of comfy seating for morning coffee and lovely string lights for evening cocktails. The kitchen had everything we could think of, including plenty of paper towels and dishwasher pods, and if we could not find something, a text to the Host generated a quick reply with the answer. Same for the bathrooms: well stocked with towels, toiletries, t.p. ..and great water pressure in the shower! A/C worked well, extra frig in garage was handy, and the wide array of beach equipment was MUCH appreciated for many trips to the beach...which was an easy, quick walk from the home. Would highly recommend! The Host was friendly, helpful, easy to deal with, & very quick to respond.
