The hot tub was not hot the first night but the house was very nice and clean. The neighborhood is not the most inviting.

This place was great. Jessica has it set up perfect. Close to everything. Don’t look anywhere else just book it and stay. From Georgia it was a nice place to relax from in front of the fireplace to in the hot tub. The master bedroom with the walk in shower and large free standing tub was great after a day of visiting site.

Stayed for a party we were having near by. Great location near red rocks barn venue. House was very clean and aesthetic!! It’s a lot bigger than pictures look online! Host was very sweet and accommodating. Everything was great and even though we live locally I would definitely recommend and be willing to stay again.

The property is in a great location! Super close to Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City, and Manitou Springs. The house is very beautiful and had everything we needed.

This property was everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space. We enjoyed making smores in the back yard. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

Very nice place to stay. this home has everything you need to just unpack and start relaxing. it is very close to Historic areas with many great dining options. The host is very attentive and responsive. we visited garden of the gods, road the railroad train in CAñon. We highly recommend this home for your stay in Colorado springs.

Nice property.

The property was beautiful! It was clean and had absolutely everything that we needed! Upon arriving, we were a little unsure of the surrounding neighborhood, but it ended up being very quiet and cozy, while being close to everything! We would highly recommend staying at this property while vacationing in the area. So much to see and do and the house is a wonderful place to relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing!

The property is so beautifully decorated having amazing attention to detail with notes from the property manager sprinkled around the rooms. The check-in and check-out was so simple and manageable. The property manager was quick to responding to questions and made it a joyful experience.

This property is in a great location and in close proximity to stores and restaurants. The host was extremely kind and responsive. The only feedback is that the property wasn’t extremely clean. We found long brown hairs within the bed sheets and around the bathroom floors, which indicates that the sheets weren’t changed and sweeping wasn’t incorporated but other than the cleanliness I enjoyed the property and the kind host.

The house is lovely. Lots of little touches that made it feel like home. There was an issue initially at checkin due to an emergency on the owners part but she kindly took care of us for the very minor inconvenience. Highly recommend.

We were so impressed with how well-stocked the house was for kids! From the wagon and tricycle in the garage to the playset out back to the potty and extra toys, our daughter (3) certainly enjoyed her stay! We did, too. We loved how cozy the living space and bedroom were. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Access to everything COSCO was so easy. Hosts were attentive and extremely hospitable. They thought of everything. ❤️

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house with plenty of space for my family of 7 people. They had games for the children and plenty of tv's for the adults. It had everything we needed plus more. We would rent it again if we visit this area again.

We selected this place because the pictures looks nice on the internet. There were minor oversights (leftovers in the fridge, pink mold on the shower curtain, no cream nor sugar for the coffee). The cleaning was rushed and the owner ok'd for us to drop off our belonging while it was being cleaned. The keyless entry and deadbolt was not operational and the bed makes creaking noise with slight movement. There's a cemetery at the end of the block.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. The location was great for activities. The neighborhood is older and quiet. The beds were quite firm but I still slept well. We would liked a few more hand towels in the kitchen and bath towels. We were registered for 7 guests but only given 6 bath towels. My son used a beach towel. We would definitely stay in this house again.

We were a group of 5 on vacay in Colorado Springs and really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is pretty, comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking (and coffee/tea) tools. There was also a supply of games and a hot tub for time spent at the house! The host was very communicative and relayed all necessary info. The location was perfect… it’s not far to several great sites in the area: Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, etc. It was a very quiet neighborhood but also just a few minutes from a Walgreens and a really nice bakery that we enjoyed (Wimberger’s). We would 100% stay here again and recommend.
