This is a beautiful cottage that is simply stunning inside. We did not think the pictures did this home justice. It is MUCH larger than you would think. We were in Laurel for a wedding and needed a lot of room for three women to get ready and these bathrooms and bedrooms were perfect!Also, a fun fact: Season 10, Episode 1 of Home Town is of a completed renovation to a home right across the street! Very Fun!Thank you, we had a wonderful time!

Overall, this property gets 5 stars, but there were a few minor nuisances. We had sugar ants in the kitchen, the front door lock couldn’t be opened from the keypad and most of the blinds are see thru, but the location can’t be beat and other than those minor things we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is beautiful and just as pictured. We loved sitting in the front porch room and looking out. It was very quiet at night and beds were comfortable. The location is fabulous. You can walk to everything in town plus you are right on the historic home walking tour. We were very happy our host had that brochure at the house because we didn’t know about that and did it right away the first evening.

The renovation done to this house was excellent. The master bath shower is huge. One suggestion...water pressure level needed to be increased. There was construction downtown that may have had some impact on water pressure. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

The home was beautiful and completely met our needs. Great, walkable neighbourhood close to downtown.We would have enjoyed a couple of front porch rocking chairs, maybe on our next stay.

Our host was welcoming and this beautiful home had all the amenities. So spacious and lovely. The deeper we explored this home, the more our mouths dropped. It was more than we ever hoped for. My mother stayed in the huge king suite and my puppy and I stayed in the other. There was a door from my bedroom to outside which was perfect to take my pup out without disturbing my mom in the front bedroom. The sun room sitting area was our favorite place to drink coffee and visit. We did not want to leave. We regret that we forgot to write in your first book. We will definitely be back and feel lucky to have snagged this place in Laure, MS.

It’s a beautiful home with comfortable beds, wonderful location and luxury feel!

The house is gorgeous. It was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Our group consisted of two married couples and the bedroom setup was perfect for us. We all had privacy when needed and cozy living spaces to be together. The location to downtown is amazing! We were able to easily walk to shops, restaurants and the Lauren Rogers Museum. We also enjoyed just walking in the neighborhood. We all very highly recommend this property. Our host was great. Communication was excellent. Everyone we met in Laurel was so friendly and welcoming. This is a great place to visit. I hope to go back again!

We own a family event decor business and had to travel to Mississippi to work in the Ellisville area. The area is full of history and welcoming neighbors. The home is just what we needed for a weekend of rest and relaxation after working long hours. It was everything we expected and we will be scheduling another visit soon (to only relax).

Best house in the best location! We walked everywhere and the neighborhood was gorgeous and quit. No complaints what so every!

The home is beautiful and in the historic district so very convenient to downtown. It was perfect for two couples with ample room to gather in the great room or around the dining table. It looks brand new and the bathrooms are spacious. The property manager was immediately responsive when we had a question.

Beautiful property. Within walking distance to town. Quiet neighborhood.

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay in Laurel. This home was even better than the photos online and it was very walkable for all of the things we wanted to do while there. Our favorite was getting up in the early morning for coffee in the sunroom. We even added one more day to our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Our host was lovely. Thank you Lila!

This house is beautiful and in the perfect location! The neighborhood is right outside of downtown and is very quiet. We enjoyed evening walks looking at the beautiful homes in the area. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants all weekend long. The house was perfect for two couples, there was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. We really enjoyed sitting in the sunroom in the mornings. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed for a weekend get away. Our only complaint is that it doesn’t seem like the cleaners pay much attention to detail. The house wasn’t filthy, but it wasn’t as clean as it should have been for the price.

We decided to stay in Laurel to do all things “Hometown” for a college girlfriend getaway on our way to NOLA. This house & its host would score 10 out of 5. If you are looking for a “home town” feeling home to stay while visiting Laurel this is the home for you. The home is very close to downtown and on a historic quiet street with other beautiful homes. The home was cozy, clean and decorated simply but lovely. The beds and bed linens were so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Laurel!

This property is second to none! We’ve had the opportunity to stay in several homes in Laurel and this by far exceeded all expectations and other experiences. It’s clean, comfortable, recently renovated, a short walking distance to downtown and the host very personable. We will come back in a few months and this home is the one we want again! The property was roomy and stunningly appointed. We actually wanted to live there. Walking distance to downtown and in a lovely neighborhood at the edge of the historic distance, and a quick walk to the Lauren Gardiner Museum.

This home is within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in historic Laurel MS. The beds are comfortable, the home was extremely clean and the decor is beautiful. We are planning another girls trip next fall and will definitely book this home.
