Top Deck offers the ideal place to getaway with a group, especially 2 or 3 families. 

Spacious multi-level living gives families the space to spread out, but still catch up with a supplied board game around the table.  Perhaps a battle on one of the many games machines is more your style   The kids will love the lower level hang-out area with big screen TV and sunny deck - all for them.

Relax by the wood fire or watch the sunset behind the mountains on the sprawling deck. 

2 dining areas means everyone can enjoy a home-made feast in your fully equipped kitchen.  Enjoy a BBQ on the deck or head just down the road to amazing restaurants & cafes.  In the cooler months dine at the indoor table to enjoy the views, or snuggle on the big comfy couches and make the most of the games machines, DVDs or extensive library.

4 roomy bedrooms offer plenty of space, perfect for families.

The master bedroom with open ensuite leads out to the deck and offers a queen bed with all linen supplied.

The 2nd bedroom, also with a queen bed, has a TV and access to an open ensuite with bath.

The 3rd bedroom has a double bed.

The 4th bedroom with access to the deck has a Double bed and single bunk.

Downstairs in the kids retreat you will find a single bunk 

+ ALL Beds Will BE Made With Fresh Linen + Towels, however guests are required to provide their own doonas/blankets/sleeping bags + pillows

You will have the entire property to yourselves however bedroom access and price is determined by guest numbers.
Extra bedrooms will be closed off and can only be made available for a a small additional fee. 1-4 guests offers 2 bedrooms, 5-6 guests offers 3 bedrooms, 7-12 guests offers 4 bedrooms. Exceptions apply for bookings of 5 nights or more.
