Tons of Trails! Red Rocks close! Huge patio area for relaxation and entertaining

Beautiful tranquil backyard…loved the water feature! House very comfortable. Just a nice laid back place.

We had wonderful stay at Christine’s place. The backyard is an awesome space and we really enjoyed spending time outside. It also gave us peace of mind to let our dog out in a safe, fenced in area. We are preparing to move to the area and the Christine’s property was a great home-base for our house search. Close to multiple parks, trails, restaurants and downtown Littleton. Loved that we could host a backyard BBQ dinner for family members who live nearby. The grill worked perfect!

The place was awesome. Equipped with everything it seemed like. I had my family over for a bbq. The grill worked perfect, kids had plenty of toys to play with even the baby had somewhere to sit. There was a kennel in the main room in case for furry babies. Only downside was I could never get the Xbox to work. We had a great stay !

Funky house, clean, fun and well appointed. Had everything I needed, including a great backyard. Management was awesome and responsive. Will definitely look for this property if I need to stay in the area again.

What a wonderful stay! Our dogs were kept entertained not only in the beautiful backyard but also on the various trails nearby. The house was fabulous - met or exceeded every expectation! Great host communication. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The over experience was fine.

House was clean and as described. Pleanty of walking areas and centrally located to entertainment and restaurants. Host was very helpful and even provided several full length mirrors for a wedding party to get dressed.

Christine's rental is great. Conveniently located a few minutes from Downtown Littleton which is filled with great restaurants, shops and bars. Christine was super communicative when there was a power outage in the neighborhood and very helpful in remedying the issue.

The location was great for us. The lower level had a bathroom but the set up was strange and since my husband is tall he couldn’t use the toilet because it’s @ 15 inch step up so the ceiling was so low he didn’t fit. And there was a section of the ceiling that was framed out so made the area even shorter. The backyard was nice and was enjoyable to sit and relax

Location was important to us. Visiting family in Littleton. Back yard was a bonus for us.

Place was clean, our friends dog loved the yard. Really nice relaxing enviornment.

Exactly as advertised! Check in was a breeze and Christina was readily available to answer questions and give suggestions. Do NOT let the fact that central a/c is not listed deter you from reserving this property. There are window units and free standing a/c units that kept the house cool and comfortable even though the temps were in the mid to upper 90’s. Great location, close to Red Rocks, where we attended a two night concert. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Lots of space, a big back yard, and easy walk to downtown Littleton.

The house was great - loved the music themed decor. Backyard was beautiful. The road in front is a little busy but was not a problem getting in or out. Would definitely stay again!

I thought the house was clean. It's an older condo and a lot had been updated but there are more updates that could be done. The location is a half mile from downtown Littleton with walking trails everywhere. The backyard was great for my little dog. It's on a busy street but that didn't bother us. Christine was very easy to work with. The neighborhood is great. The house was very eclectic which we weren't expecting but we weren't there much. It was very hot out and the 2 window units could not keep up.All in all, it was a good stay.

The property is not as advertised. Two bedrooms in dank dark basement, backyard dirty with no upkeep. Across the street from a cemetery not close to hiking trails. We left and went to a hotel.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay while we were in Denver for the weekend. The weather was nice and allowed us to enjoy the gorgeous backyard.

Not sure where to begin, this property is soooo nice. I really enjoyed the back yard even though it was pretty snowy during our stay. It’s clean and we loved all the cool art posters. The yard is perfect. The house stayed warm and cozy during the sub freezing temps. The neighbors are some of the nicest people ever. I highly recommend this place. This will definitely be our go to place. Thank you for sharing your fun place with us. Our furbaby loved it, too. Yard is secure and safe for dogs, very important for us.

This comfortable little duplex was perfect for my wife and I and our dog, and is a great location for those wishing to be close to old town Littleton. Christine is a wonderful host and will help out any way she can. We really enjoyed her interior design: lots of Grateful Dead and Burning Man touches! We stayed here in January and didn’t get the chance to enjoy the backyard. Would love to come back in the summer so that we could sit out there and relax.

Cozy home with super backyard. Littleton got 5 of snow overnight and the walkway and driveway was cleaned before 8am. Awesome Sauce. A personal favorite for me was the TV's were only in gathering spaces and not bedrooms. Being together in this space is good juju magic.

It's ok. It's not a home it's a duplex. And it's not up to fire code. No vent fans anywhere.

The only downside was the very busy traffic street in front. But all around it was a great stay.

This was a great jumping off point to get where I needed to go. Spot for my vehicle as well as walking distance to Light Rail and restaurants!

Fantastic yard for our dog. Location was great! Loved all the decor in the house and the host was great she was quick to get back to us if we needed anything. Was easy to get to the Bronco stadium from this house and a short walk to the downtown area of Littleton!

This property had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The backyard was a great place to grill and relax but the owners need to spray for yellowjackets as they were pesky around the food. Propane needed changed out for the grill and was done promptly. No complaints- loved the soft bed and the window a/c worked great to keep place cool.

Christine is a great host! The backyard sanctuary was awesome. The proximity to Red Rocks was perfect, and Littleton is a cool town! I would definitely visit again!!! Thanks, Christine! 👍👍👍

This was a cute and comfortable place to stay! It was quiet and peaceful. Close to many shops and things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Place could have used a more thorough cleaning, ie dirty ashtray outside, coffee pot still had grounds in it, window ledges dirty. Advertised soap and shampoo yet there were none. Dishwasher did not work. Overall a decent place.

Walking distance to downtown Littleton. close to Breckenridge brewery.

Loved staying here! If I ever need to come back to Denver will certainly stay here again.
