Very clean, kitchen fully equipped & great place to relax as well as explore surrounding areas.

Awesome Location! We walked out a few steps and began fishing. Nice and comfortable cabin. My son, grandson, and I really enjoyed our stay. We are planning a return visit.

We had the best stay! The river is in the back yard and the proximity to town is priceless! Our family will be returning.

Absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. Everything was perfect. Lake view was awesome and the inside was so impressive. Love the decor! Very clean and stocked well. Downtown was close with restaurants, shopping etc… Close to grocery stores but cabin is very private and tranquil. Never had to contact the host for any reason. All was as stated in the description. Highly recommended!

Great location and was well stocked!

We really loved this cabin! It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. 10-15 minutes to whatever amenities you need in town. Super convenient to just be able to walk out the back door drop a line in the river to fish. We will be back

We had a great stay in the Toccoa Riverfront Retreat.The location was remote enough to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to Blue Ridge for easy access to shopping and tourism. I imagine the river is busy with rafters/kayakers in the summer, but at this time of year, it was extremely peaceful and relaxing.The bedrooms were spacious. The master suite was very large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we required and included a pantry with some available shelf space, which was helpful.The outdoor space was very comfortable, with the deck over the river, large firepit, and more than enough chairs. The owner even supplied towels for drying the outdoor chairs when needed. We had a little trouble with the grill, but the property manager was very quick to discuss it and have it resolved.We had a great stay in the retreat and highly recommend it.

The light over the stove was not working from the microwave, but host provided an expedient fix. Kitchen was well stocked. Really enjoyed gazing at the river and toasting marshmallows at the fire pit, and sitting in the hot tub. Right around the corner was the Mineral Bluff Depot. We were there when it was open, running model trains and taking people for rides on the rails. The stairs in the front and back can be dangerous at night if you don’t carry enough light with you.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was stocked with many necessities. There was plenty of space for a family of 4. Our kids enjoyed the VHS player and movies. We loved sitting by the river and watching the guys fish

The house was very comfortable. Back porch and backyard were excellent.

Everything was great except hot tub was not working.host had someone out very quickly same day , next day repairs were made.

Beautiful home on the Toccoa river. We enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee on the back porch and the evenings around the fire pit. We caught trout from the bank behind the house and were able to launch our kayaks from the bank for a float trip down the river. We did day trips to local towns and hikes to some spectacular waterfalls, AllTrails has great information for planning hikes. Spencer is a great host and quick to respond with answers and information for the local area. Thanks Spencer, we made some lasting memories at your mountain getaway.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful riverfront cabin. We were there for my husbands 50th birthday with our son and daughter in law. The cabin is well stocked, comfortable and convenient to blue ridge and other local attractions.

This place is just what the doctor ordered if you need to relax, reset and enjoy nature. The cabin was perfect, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful. We saw so many deer every day. We enjoyed the river so much. Caught a few good trout, and waded in the cool water. We appreciated the clean and ready BBQ grill, and relaxing in the hot tub after adventurous days. I think this may have been my favorite family trip, and for sure one of our favorite cabins. We can’t wait to come back!

The property was as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked. The river was beautiful. We fished and kayaked. We look forward to our next visit.

We absoultely loved the property. The house ws beautiful. Everything was working and provided a great space for our family of 5 . The kids loved fishing, tubing and swimming in the river. We saw deer in the yard. Plus, there were fireflies. There was lot to do in the area. We would love to stay here again.

Great spot

My husband and I spent a weekend at this lovely property. We enjoyed the amazing view of the river, the fire pit and the outside grill. We spent so much time outside because the views were amazing. The cabin is also very nice and quite large. There were only two of us, but we could have comfortably added two more couples. We used the well appointed kitchen to cook our meals. Check-in was super easy and the host provided excellent instructions. I highly recommend this rental! We will be back!

The property was well kept with huge master bedroom. Had nice sitting area outside with a firepit which we used daily. Owner has installed new hotbtub which is not in the pictures. We enjoyed our stay.

River runs along side of property, fog on the river in the mornings, and deer jumping over the lane in the scene that greeted us on our first crispy fall day! Excellent accommodations, pictures do not do it justice!

This was my family’s second year visiting the Toccoa Riverfront Retreat and was absolutely amazing again. The location is excellent for visiting the Apple festival and other festivals in the area on this weekend. The cabin is well stocked and has all the amenities we needed. I especially enjoy the Toccoa river trout fishing right outside the back door.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Everything you need is there down to salt and pepper. The weather was absolutely beautiful. The hot tub and fire pit were perfectly situated and the sound of the river flowing was extremely relaxing.

Everything was wonderful! Great location on the river, fully stocked house, beautiful scenery, spacious house and great yard! The only reason for not giving 5 stars for location and neighborhood is that there was construction next door and logging being done across the street which caused noise disturbances.

Location, location, location! We brought a 3 person river float boat for fly fishing and put in at Tammen Park and floated 3 hours and could pull up mid drift and have lunch and rest while the discharge subsided and then continue on down to Curtis Switch! Awesome!

Great cabin, exactly as advertised. Perfect location on the Toccoa, very convenient to Blue Ridge and an easy drive that isn't up steep mountain roads. Will definitely book this one again!

The house and grounds were perfect for our family. The kitchen is well stocked except the can opener is broken. We finally opened the cans with a lot of maneuvering. Everything else was great!
