Beautiful home with great amenities! The kids loved seeing the train come by on several occasions!

We loved everything about our stay and the house. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we had the best time seeing deer, a bald eagle and sitting at the indoor and outdoor fireplaces and listening to the river. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked every meal during our stay. The beds were super comfy too! The grandkids didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back!

We have found our go to mountain house. Love this place 2 years running. On the water’s edge. Literally. Great place to entertain inside and out. Mr Terry is very accessible. All the comforts of home. We will be back for sure!!

This is our fourth time in the house, I think, & we continue to love it. The open floor plan makes it great for our group as well as the bedroom accommodations. We love having a fireplace both inside and outside on the deck. Being right on the river makes for fun wading & fishing. The house is always kept up well. We just have such a nice relaxing & fun vacation every time.

As always an excellent stay! This is our go to place for our annual vacation!!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The house is absolutely beautiful. Listening to the river while sitting by the outdoor fireplace was so relaxing. Grandkids already requesting to go back in the summer.

My family and I stayed at the property for Christmas 2021.. We were so blown away by the beauty and serenity of this place; we decided to stay for Thanksgiving 2024.. The minute we opened the door, that same nostalgic feeling washed over us again.. We are all in love with this place!! We aren't back in Florida, and are already planning our next trip.

This was our seconded time having our early family thanksgiving celebration at this beautiful home. Just perfect. Great location, gorgeous scenery and perfect home. Close to town to enjoy the local shopping and restaurants. Decorated just right with plenty of room for 12 of us. Can’t wait to return in 2 yrs.

We had another great trip and stay at your house in Blue Ridge. We couldn’t ask for a better house or location. From the river to the deer every morning and evening to sitting out with the fire, it was just the vacation we needed. Our group always has a great time there!

Absolutely loved this place. Had everything we were looking for. Quiet, peaceful setting with a beautiful river that the kids were able to play in and fish in. Weather was amazing. All needed amenities. Close enough to Blue Ridge for grocery stores. Everyone had a great time and no one wanted to leave. Planning on coming back next year. This is our second year, booking the Dream House on the Toccoa River. The photos are beautiful, seeing it in person is beyond. My family and I are very blessed to be able to spend our vacation in a majestic place. Thank you Poe family.
