Great location and amenities

This was our second stay at this property and like the first, this place was immaculate. Everything you need plus some is stocked in the house. Comfy beds, cozy fires, big kitchen and outdoor grilling area were a plus! The kids game room downstairs kept them busy and the movie theatre kept us busy with movies and college football games. Five star property that we’ll definitely be back to again in the future!

We had a phenomenal time staying at this house in Blue Ridge! Twenty-four of us fit very comfortably and got great use out of the game room, theatre room, and kitchen. The location of the house along the scenic railway on the river made it a very peaceful atmosphere. We had a lot of trouble with the outdoor market lights but the lights inside of the house are well labeled and easy to navigate. I would recommend also booking the cottage at the same time for added privacy and fridge space!Overall we would stay here again and greatly enjoyed our time. Both Larry and Sarah were very helpful during our stay.

The house was very clean and in great shape. This was our second stay here and plan more in the future!

The home is a beautiful place to relax. We utilized every aspect of the home-the dock, the firepit, the outside seating areas, the theatre room and the games. We loved the large kitchen having room for several cooks to move around and everyone being able to sit together at the large dining counter. We ended up with only 15 people instead of the over 20 orginally planned for. However, if everyone had come, we would have been on top of each other. We occupied all the beds except for 2 ; so I don't know where everyone would have slept. Sarah was very gracious to answer all of my questions which I very much appreciated. I would definitely enjoy another visit to the lodge.

The house was beautiful, well kept and well stocked. Great location, incredible entertainment options. Great social seating areas. Overall, this place was incredible. We loved Blue Mountain and the spot on the river.

Our family stayed at this breathtaking cabin in Blue Ridge for four days, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the start, communication with the host was seamless and clear—everything we needed to know was provided ahead of time, making check-in and our overall experience stress-free.The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Tucked away by a serene lake, the cabin offered easy access yet felt completely private and peaceful. The views alone are worth the stay, and waking up by the water each morning was a dream.Cleanliness was top-notch. Every corner of the cabin was spotless, and you could tell it’s well taken care of. It comfortably accommodated our entire group with ease, and everyone commented on how well they slept each night—beds were incredibly cozy!The theater room was a pleasant surprise.—the husbands loved watching their sports there. Pictures online do not do it justice. The moment you step into the cabin, you’re greeted with beautiful details and surprises you wouldn’t even expect from the photos. It’s like discovering a luxury lodge, piece by piece.The cabin itself is listed at 10,000 square feet, but the layout and surrounding property make it feel more like 20,000. It’s grand, spacious, and simply beautiful both inside and out. Our family enjoyed every moment, from game nights to lakeside relaxation. We can’t wait to come back again!Would you like this for

Great property. It was immaculately clean. Communication with management was great. It was cold and needed extra wood for fireplace and it was delivered promptly but with a cost of $100 which we thought was uncalled for in that we paid over $11,000. for the stay and then was asked to pay for extra wood. Would not let $100 for wood spoil our wonderful get together. We purchased the woods and… All told; we were extremely happy with the accommodations.

10 out of 10!!! The property is better than advertised. We had about 25 family members ranging in age from 6 months-80 yrs old and everyone loved it! Lodge was plenty big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. I highly recommend this property! Sarah was great at quickly answering our questions and helping us out as our trip fell right when Hurricane Helene hit.

This beautiful property on the river was perfect for our girl’s trip. Kayaking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting, and restaurants were 5 minutes away. Yet, we had a wonderful, private setting right on the river. The lower level with all the game machines/boards and theatre room kept everyone entertained! And the kitchen was the perfect size and well equipped. Awesome property!!

Cant say enough good things about this house! Rented for a family summer vacation, 19 people with ages ranging from 11 months to 75 years old. There was something for everyone here! The location was wonderful, close enough to stores and restaurants but far enough away that we felt like we were in our own little paradise. Checkin and Check out were super easy and Sarah, the property manager was exceptionally helpful and nice. Will absolutely look to come here again in the future

We are an active family and enjoyed the huge game selection in the basement, fishing and swimming in the river, kayaking, and playing games on the large open lawn. There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. One more bathroom with a shower would have been ideal, as one room does not have a access to a shower, but it was not a bid deal for us to share. The kitchen is huge, and perfect for large gatherings at meals. Sarah, the property manager was very communicative and responsive and helpful. No complaints!

We rented for my parents 45th wedding anniversary and this place is amazing! We really did not need to leave the house with all the amenities! But activities are close as well. House is perfect for a big group. We had 22 and plenty of space for more. Many memories made! We wound rent again.
